Great Product

Feeling fine not sure how much of my health is down to the product, but no complaints.

As a man closer to 60 than 50 now, this product appealed to me for obvious reasons. I certainly fit into the 50+ target demographic! The tablets contain quite an incredible number of added vitamins and other ingredients, with what appears to be higher individual 'doses' of each when compared to some other multivitamin products. The tablets are easy enough to take with some water, with 2 being the recommended dosage each day. The pack therefore allows for around a months supply based on that recommendation. On the face of it, the cost per pack does seem fairly steep but that does need to be balanced against the cost and convenience associated with individually taking the various vitamins. It is quite a monthly investment but if you are feeling the benefits then its maybe a small price to pay. The only real downside for me is that there is caffeine present in the tablets, which I am supposed to avoid but I need to balance that against the benefits,

I am over 50 and have health issues with muscles weakness and breathing problems etc. I take health supplements for keeping my immune system and energy levels up. My Hospital consultant advised me to take multi vitamin and minerals to help maintain healthy lifestyle. I buy over the counter multi vitamin tablets and these are roughly the same size as other but one thing I have noticed that tablets neither smell nor have a bad taste after which is a great relief. I take one tablet a day in the morning and even though it is too early to tell, I have still noticed a significant difference in my energy levels throughout the day. I lack Vitamin D as I am from Asian background and here in UK 🇬🇧 we have significant low sun exposure. So far so good but price is higher than what I normally pay for my multi vitamin tablets so I see if suppliers reduce the price to match with other manufacturers.
