These people sent my package 3-4days later than expected with 0 contact as to why or where my parcel was. When it arrived it was left in an unsafe place and yet again i wasn't notified of this by these people they didn't even ring my door. A neighbour had to ring my door and notify i had a package waiting for me in an unsafe place. When i was the package it was damaged and slightly open. The broom was not true to colour or size and extremely weak. It's such a waste of money for almost £9 it's a SCAM. I then tried to return it and they tried to charge me £3 more as if i haven't wasted enough money on their unhelpful item. So I'm now awaiting a response from seller I expect a full refund and if they want their rubbish broom they need to arrange a free delivery or pay for it.

I needed a soft bristle sweeping brush, very good value for money. We have a rubber sweeping brush which is also very good and I think it is always good to have two in your house, one for indoors and one for outside. Very pleased.
