I love the product, however when I opened it, both bottles had leaked everywhere. To their credit, they had tried taping the opening down but quite a bit still dropped out and both tops were loose so suspect that’s how they leaked. 😞

I purchased for the conditioner. I do not color my hair and dont intend to. However have applied Tri conditioner for years especially after a perm. Tames those curls. Would think their shampoo would also live up to my expectations.

I’ve only used it for about two months, but I definitely can see a difference, I love it, and I will buy it again and again

The shampoo leaked and got on both bottles, so there wasn't as much shampoo in the bottle. I am reviewing the delivery not the products, I love the products.

I've always liked this manufacturer's energizing moisturizer, so I took a chance on the shampoo and conditioner. I have healthy hair of average thickness. My first (and only) use of the shampoo and conditioner caused irritation to my scalp. My hair became brittle and frizzy for days even though I rinsed my hair and scalp within hours of the initial use. The products are now on their way to a landfill.

The shampoo arrived with the cap loose and spilled all over the package.
