This heavy duty mattress lifter is literally a life changing blessing. My new mattress is almost 1-1/2 feet thick and weighs 150 pounds, more than I do. As an older man, I no longer have the upper body strength to lift the corners of such a heavy mattress by myself. For almost a month after this new mattress was delivered, I worried about how I would be able to regularly change and wash the sheets. Now that problem has been completely solved.This mattress lifter is a great product and performs exactly as promised, even though my mattress rests on supporting boards below the side frames of my bed. With minimum efforts using my upper legs, I can press the wedge shaped lifting head under the mattress and easily hold down the long handle until the heel of the device is securely resting on one of the support boards, and then slide a block under the mattress and a nearby support board.Not only is this an excellent product, but I also want to praise the seller who responded quickly, was also very helpful in answering my questions about using the device, and completely exceed my expectations.I can honestly recommend this product to anyone who wants to make handling their mattress a much easier and more enjoyable task.

Don’t bother with this. It kept slipping off and I never could get it to work. New mattress was too heavy. I didn’t return but donated to senior home that doesn’t have heavy thick mattress. Maybe they can use.

This is a game changer when changing sheets with arthritic hands. Just shove it under the mattress at the corner and insert the block, then lift the other corner with the lifter and tuck the fitted sheet real easy. I also love the sheet tucking device. Device is made, sturdy, and does the job.

This tool is a bit pricey for a tool that is manual. If you do not have good knees and strong legs find another system.

This is somehow helpful assuming you have strong legs and healthy knees to be able to push and hold until the mattress is up. I have the heaviest mattress it was ever made and it is a big challenge when it comes to changing the sheet. Two blocks would be more helpful.Also it only works for the mattress I have on metal frame and not at all for the one that rests on the wood framed bed.The product itself is well made, good quality but it does not serve very well the purpose I bought it for.

Our new mattress is very thick and very heavy, making the bed was quite difficult, specifically in tucking the blankets in at the foot of the bed. With this tool, I can prop up the mattress at the foot of the bed to tuck in the sheet and blankets.

Returning the item. Does not work if you have a platform bed w/o box spring.

This really does work I had to stand back and look at my mattress to see if lifter was going to fall. NOPE not even when I moved things around. I live in a RV full time, these mattresses are a nightmare. Tucked in tight, heavy, and no room to move mattress around. This lifts it enough that I can get the bedding tucked underneath. I also clean for a man that has a murphy bed. They are tight in a frame, no problem lift away. Donut skimp on other lifting tools, this is strong and worth its weight in gold
