I got this for a friend and she is so appreciative. She says its very comfy. She has a medical condition, where her muscles contract and tighten, which forces her head forward. This brace allows her to actually look people in the eye, instead up at them. It’s also easily adjustable to allow for more or less movement. She is not a tiny gal, but the medium worked just fine

From all the bending on it to try and make it fit right and not rub, it ended up braking the small wire it's made of. It was easy to hide if going out. The support was fair but rubbed under the chin and the pressure made your chin sore, also on your chest.

I got this for my brother who has ALS. He said it was much more comfortable and it is the only one he uses now. The cloth coverings can be washed and we purchased an extra set of coverings so they could be washed and the brace was still available for use. The coverings are easy to remove and put back on.

It works very nicely and relieves my strained neck muscles. I would recommend it.

My husband is losing the ability to hold his head up; so I needed something to help him hold it up while still allowing him some flexibility to lean his head forward if needed. He has a short neck and basically no chin (he wore a beard for years to hide how small it is). I was trying to find something adjustable, and when I got this, I was ecstatic. I tried it on me and thought it would be perfect for him. Sadly, even squeezing the “height” to as small as possible, his chin falls straight through. I haven’t returned it because I’m still hoping I can figure out a way to fortify the chin part and still use this.For a normal or long neck person with a regular chin - I think this would be a really great device.

Amazingly excelling next support. My biggest problem with other products that are good is they get too hot and this has great vetillation. However, the chin support NEEDS MORE PADDING. It would be THE best product on the market if the chin rest had more cushion. Owners -- Please note.

I wanted to be hopeful about this product since my husband has ALS. It looked soft and comfortable but not soft enough.It needs a lot more cushion (soft cushion) in all areas. I tried to modify by stuffing cotton inside the Velcro covering but there was just not enough room.Then I tried a soft rubber tubing by taking off the Velcro pad,the rubber tubing didn't hold well .This is also true around the chest as well.It was a good attempt for a product that is greatly needed. Please keep working on it.Thank you .

This brace was used by an elderly woman with ALS. With the amount of strength she has this should have never happened especially at this price.
