Overall good workout vest
Very durable. Great for static work out like squats, push ups, pull ups, etc but not good with dynamic movement . Great price for the quality and the amount of weight

I like it. As I added weight I found it necessary to order the shoulder pads. Other than that I'm glad I got it.
