Absolutely crushes birds out to 50 with the long range and very capable with the mid from right out front to 40 yards

This is the most versatile choke that exists. This choke can make some pokes at 45-50 yds to turn around and smack em close as well. Truly an awesome choke tube.

Did not fit

For buyers: contrary to description, it did not thread into my Winchester Super X pump - must not be “most Winchesters.” Also, beware, it’s only the 1 LR choke - not chokeS as alluded to in picture and description.

"Backyard-Lower 40" testing with Browning Auto5 Light (2 3/4") Invector 12 gauge. Secondary choke for factory screw-in IC choke=Modified for steel shot.Older Federal Speed Shok 1 1/8-oz., #3 shot, 1,375 FPS at ranged 35 yards with 5-10 mph wind patterned on Birchwood Casey 12" x 18" Mallard Splattering Target. I sat on lawn chair and rested the gun on shooting sticks.Uniform-type coverage on entire target, corner to corner and side to side.. 71 hits out of 178 pellets (estimate for 1 1/8-oz #3 steel shot). 21 hits on the actual duck including six in chest cavity and two wing-break.Had similar uniform pattern with #4 shot except pulled the shot high.I tested three shotguns so did not shoot more to confirm same uniformity.Will try this later this week duck hunting.Tip: "Lower" FPS steel loads (1,300-1,450) FPS will pattern better without excessive recoil and effectively take-down ducks at 25-35 yards. Steel #4 is effective to around 30 yards and #2 steel is effective to around 43 yards using 1.5 inches of penetration to internal organs on a mallard for a clean kill, as an example.

Great mid and long range chokes, good fit.
