Eddie Bauer Men's Rainier Lined Cargo Pants

Wore with snow pants and base layers in -20F weather. Excellent performance and very comfortable.

I was going to purchase some snow pants. Someone recommended lined pants. I saw these on promotion, and ordered - respecting the EB brand. Shipping took a long time, and I missed a couple of snow shoveling events. But when they finally arrived, oh baby. These are amazing. They feel so comfortable. As other reviewers thought the size was too small, these were just right for me. I'm reviewing 34"x32". This is the same size I wear in Levi's jeans. The pockets, seams are all high quality and I love the color. Machine wash cold and dry on low is the instructions on the tag for washing.

My dad gets cold easily. These help keep him warm, he layers something underneath as well. Great fit. He wears them everyday. I have bought him a ton of clothes in recent years…these are by far his favorites. Definitely need a second pair.

These are probably the single best clothing item I've ever gambled on online. They are thin, breathable, and warm. Perfect for hiking or casual wear during cooler seasons. These are too warm to be worn year-round. The button seems kind of fragile so don't abuse the waistline- wear a belt if you need. I've had these for years and nothing has malfunctioned. Zippers and buttons are all intact. I got the 30x30 at 5'7 and around 140, they fit perfect maybe just a tad loose.

These pants stretch, fit true to size (34 x 32 for a 5'10 man weighing 170), are very comfortable, plenty of pockets and look nice - a notch above wearing jeans. A bit pricey (why a 4 vs. a 5 rating) but he loves them, so worth it.

I've owned the Eddie Bauer Guide Pro shorts for a couple of years and like them a lot. As the weather turned cooler, I decided to pick up these Guide Pro insulated pants. They did not disappoint. When I initially put them on, the rise (from crotch to waistband) seemed a little short, making them ride lower than expected. After putting on a belt and wearing them for a moment they fit well.I like the look and feel of the pants. They are different than some of the soft-shell pants I own and use for winter camping and other outdoor activities. The shell and the insulation on the Guide Pro pants are two separate pieces and move somewhat independently. It's a nice feature because the inner lining tends to stay put (doesn't rub) while the outer shell flexes and moves as needed. I really have nothing negative to say about these pants. I guess I could do without the "A" FirstAscent logo on the left pant leg, but it's a small point.I am 5'10", 195 pounds with 34" waist and fairly athletic build. I purchased the 34x32 size.

I tend to run warm in terms of body heat, so to speak. I prefer things cold. I was hoping these would be great for moderate temps (let's say 50-70F) but I just found them to be way too warm...which probably isn't a bad thing in some climates. Very comfortable, but I prefer the non-lined ones instead.

I am really pleased with these pants. I love the look and the fit is excellent. Here are some additional things I like:- The front pockets are deep; Nothing falls out while sitting- The zippered cargo pocket is just the right size to hold my phone- The stretchy fabric is soft and comfortable- The lining keeps you warm in cool/cold weather; They would be too hot in summer- While not waterproof, the fabric sheds water to help keep you dry- The velcro closures on the back pockets keep your wallet secure
