Very Rich and not too sweet.
If you like a rich hot chocolate and know what good chocolate tastes like, you'll love this! It's not too sweet, but you can taste the quality of the chocolate, which is what I like!

Yummy, I can taste the salted caramel
The mix is easy to use. The color of the cocoa is very pleasing. My only issue is I am trying to find a cocoa mix with shaved chocolate. Until I do this will work.

A bit expensive, but good quality.

Awful!
I’ve had the white choc and regular hot choc flavor which I loved. This salty caramel is SO strong and tastes like bitter cocoa powder. Even a huge portion of whipped cream didn’t help. Such a waste of money.

My favorite hot chocolate
Loved this place since I went to the UK and tried it in-store. This is my favorite hot chocolate after the original version from whittard. Take note, this must be prepared on a stove with milk or some milk substitute. definitely not suitable for microwave hot chocolate.

Disappointed on the expiration date
I received the product on Nov 30th 2022, and it will expire on 01/22/2023.

Luxury in a cup
Rich satisfying chocolate flavor. Very reminiscent of the hot chocolate served in high end European cafes
