Good value for money
I bought this camera to monitor a hen house (no really!) and to be honest at the price I wasn't expecting much, but it has exceeded my expectations. The wi-fi signal is pretty sketchy at the bottom of my garden so I wasn't sure that it would provide a decent signal, but with the use of an extender in the house it works okay. The picture quality is pretty good even at the standard resolution and the night vision works perfectly. I use it with the Android app which works well and the AI monitoring is surprisingly impressive as it even tags the footage when a human enters the hen house. I would definitely recommend it, especially when it's on sale at £20.

Very Good Security Camera
This EZVIZ C3NT outdoor security camera is very good. It has great image qualit. It was reasonably easy to connect up to my home wifii. It appears to work well so far, detecting the presence of people and movement, recording video and sound if required on an installed micro sd card (not supplied) and sending audio alerts to my phone.I wish I could say the same about the EZVIZ app which is very comprehensive with a wide range of features, settings and display options. So much so I have found it hard work and a bit clunky. I would have prefered something simpler and more intuative, with, for instance just one page not three separate pages for settings.The sale specification does mention night time colour vision but the camera does not have this feature. That said it doesn't really need it as the night time black and white image quality is very good. But next time I will purchase the C3NT Colour which is the same camera sold at the same price but has this additional feature of nightime colour vision so the image quality should be even better.

BRILLIANT!!
This camera is simply amazing. Unfortunately I don’t have a picture to share of it, as I installed it as soon as it arrived. But it has been a life saver. There’s no subscription needed, all footage is collected in the EZVIZ app and then once the SD card is full (bought separately) it wipes everything and starts recording once again. It gives you plenty of time to grab whatever footage you need too. My neighbours and I had been dealing with some evil delinquents, and they haven’t shown up since because of this camera! Not so tough now, huh?I bought this when it was on sale, but I do believe its original price is extremely worth the money. Its connection to WiFi is fantastic, we have attached an extended cable so the battery life is no issue as it takes power straight from the home. No charging or anything necessary. And the footage itself is crystal clear, it even has night vision.I honestly couldn’t recommend this camera enough. Simply brilliant. I’m considering buying another for other areas of my property.Thanks so much!

Excellent value
Got this for my Mum to have a constant view of her front door, when home or away. Easy to set up, but add the camera to the app and wifi before putting it up, it's just easier. Installed a 32Gb which is ideal. It's motion detection so you don't have hours of nothingness. Picks up humans and any movement, like cars etc but you can adjust this in the settings if needed. No subscription needed, but you can if you wish. All you need is mains power getting to camera to plug it in, and away you go! Image and video quality great. Would definitely recommend and plan on getting a few myself as a result.

BUYER BEWARE Submitted April 2025I have had Ezviz CCTV cameras on my property for several years whereas the cameras are reasonable in their operation, function and quality during that period I have had to replace several of them the first was a pan tilt camera which lost its clarity so was replaced with C8C full colour pan tilt camera. In all I had to send back two of these as a result of malfunction of the fixed default position failure so there is some reliability issues with EzvizHowever this is not the issue with buying a Ezviz camera the following is the main issue .When I have had a technical issue with one of my cameras (Which I have had several) Achieving a response from Ezviz customer support is a nightmare. To get to receive an answer from their technical support involved several emails from them on every occasion they give nothing but continually ask for more and more information once you have responded to their last email and provided the required information which they had requested in that email.To clarify the above and knowing how Ezviz operate when making a recent request for technical assistance I provided four items of basic information regarding the camera within the original email which included the camera model number together with the model serial number. By return Ezviz replied with an email requiring four items of information which included both confirmation of the camera model and serial number. THEY HADNT EVEN READ MY ORIGINAL EMAIL !!!!!!To go into more detail and the final straw with this company. I recently had to change my ISP who removed my main bespoke email address the day which the contract ended. I had already taken actions to inform the majority of my known contacts of the impending change to my email address but as anyone can imagine there were a few that slipped the net and Ezviz one.I contacted Ezviz explaining the above especially that I no longer had access to my old email address and they requested four items of information for confirmation of my ID two of which I provided the other two were impossible to provide one of which was for me to provide the original switch on day of my Ezviz account (which was several years ago)In the end I provided them with proof that access to my old email address was not possible and also two invoices for two different cameras purchased separately the latest being on the 1st April 2025 ( eleven days prior to my email to Ezviz) The response from Ezviz was as follows Quote“However, based on the information currently available, we regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with the account unbinding process. According to our security policies, we must verify specific details to ensure the rightful ownership of the device before making any account-related changes.”On every other company which I had the same issue with we were able to resolve a change in my email address but NOT Ezviz !!!As a result I am returning the last camera to Ezviz stripping out the remaining cameras and replacing them all with another reputable company that has a good responsive customer support infrastructure
