MANNOL Ceramo Ester Engine Oil Additive 250ml

Met the Mannol team at a trade show a couple of years ago and was very impressed by what they had to say. I use this and other Mannol products religiously and find them to be a value for money alternative to the likes of Liqui Moly. Great quality oils and fluids that perform and protect well. Easy to use with no dosing and seem to have an option to cover all functionality

I’ve read the various reviews about this product being “snake oil”, but I’m pleased to say that I’ve been using this in all our families vehicles and it has been very good in improving the smoothness of running, virtually stopping the tappet noise on starting on cold mornings, and on the 3 cylinder high revving cars my kids have improved performance. I’m not an expert, but an experienced home mechanic that has serviced cars and rebuilt a couple of classic cars doing nut and bolt restoration and engine assembly/ rebuilds. My your own mind up about effectiveness, but for me it works.

Magic Stuff , using this in my XJ50 3.0D noticed a big smile on my face prodding the throttle. I bought this primarily for engine protection being a very expensive engine to replace when they blow.

Was going to try a much more expensive different brand of this but after seeing it discussed on a motorbike forum I decided to try this. Well I didn't think my 3.0 6 cylinder could run much smoother, recently had 0w/30 fresh fully synthetic oil change too. I only added about 200ml, my car calls for about 375ml, as I added a little to all my petrol garden power tools. I'm quite shocked at the difference, my lawnmower is so much easier to start, anything it's been added to runs so much smoother and quieter. I'll be keeping this as part of my stock liquids from now on

I got this item for the next service of my car. I would not use this item nor would I buy this item again. It stays to mix with the engine oil in the engine. But I added 500ml of the oil and mixed it before putting this in my car engine I am plaesed I did because when I mixed it with the oil. It went a milky colour. Had I put it in the engine it would have made a right mess and would lead you to think that the head gasket had gone because of the milky colour. DO NOT BUY, I wasteed my money, don't waste yours.

Ich habe MANNOL Ceramo Oil 9829 Anti-Wear bei meinem Toyota Corolla Hybrid 2.0 (M20A-FXS, Baujahr 2022) zusammen mit frischem Motoröl verwendet. Dosierung: Ich habe ca. 70 ml auf 4,2 Liter Motoröl dosiert (entspricht der empfohlenen Menge für diesen Motor). Das Additiv wurde direkt nach dem Ölwechsel dem frischen Öl beigemischt. Bereits nach kurzer Laufzeit ist der Motor spürbar leiser und ruhiger, besonders im Kaltstart. Auch beim Übergang zwischen Elektro- und Verbrennungsbetrieb läuft der Motor gleichmäßiger. Kein Ruckeln, keine Geräusche – genau das, was man sich bei einem Hybrid mit vielen Start-Stopp-Zyklen wünscht. Das Additiv lässt sich problemlos mit modernen 0W-16 / 0W-20 Ölen mischen, es gab keine Warnmeldungen und keine negativen Effekte. Ideal als zusätzlicher Verschleißschutz bei häufigem Kaltstart und Kurzstreckenbetrieb. Fazit: ✔ spürbar ruhiger Motorlauf ✔ einfache Anwendung ✔ ideal für Hybridfahrzeuge ✔ sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Werde ich definitiv bei jedem Ölwechsel wieder verwenden.
