Great Towel Rack!
Overall design and brushed finish match very well with our other towel bars and faucets. The product itself is of good/solid quality; I rated it 4/5 because the screws and anchors supplied are not substantial enough to support the bar securely. Instead of using the supplied hardware, I used two 2" cabinet screws which I sunk into a wall stud located with my trusty stud finder, such as this one:https://www.amazon.com/Zircon-StudSensor-WireWarning-Detection-Erasable/dp/B01AHYDXGQ/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?s=hi&ie=UTF8&qid=1531744501&sr=1-2-spons&keywords=stud+finder&psc=1Brushed stainless steel caps were provided to cover the screw heads, which I affixed to screw heads with a dollop of bathroom caulk. Sturdy
It is sturdy, it does look nice. Even though you know it's going to stick out more when there's towels on it, your mind (or at least mine) still wants to think it's going to be very shallow and not stick out from the wall much. But, it's more than you think, since the bars all radiate out from a central hub. If you have the space to send two towels one way and two the other, that helps. Easy to install, should stay in the wall better than the typical towel racks I've fought with over the years. The towels in the photo aren't full-sized. The rack holds full-sized towels and holds them well, even when wet, but when you open the box, it'll be smaller than you expected since the photo is holding smaller towels. My son did walk into one of the rods and gave himself a nice lump on his forehead (they are not sharp or pointy) right after I installed it, but he hasn't had any mishaps since.

If you like dry towels...
My wife and I have had an ongoing issue with re-using towels (she typically uses two, I use one): After a single use, and a single hanger, three towels do not sufficiently dry themselves in-between showering sessions. This causes excessive laundry, etc. This towel rack came with all the hardware for drywall installation, took maybe 5 minutes to get aligned/leveled where I needed it. The arms seem very sturdy after several weeks of use: I was initially worried about the weight of wet towels, but it handles them with no problem. The best benefit of all: Even after all towels have been used, there's enough space between them to dry completely between the next shower. Wish I'd gotten one of these years ago.

Attractive towel bar
I was had trouble getting my single horizontal towel bar to stay tightly attached to the wall The wall is a DIY by a former owner and the studs seem to be more than 16" apart. So I purchase this towel bar because it mounts perpendicularly. I followed the suggestion in several of the reviews and got screws that are better than those included with the towel bar ( which are 6 x 1-1/2". Home Depot had 6 x 2" which should be long enough to really bite into the wood. Would have given 5 stars but for the hassle of finding different screws.

Great for drying towels!
Amazing space saver! We first purchased a different brand of this same towel rack design, but the arms were much shorter. We returned that one and got this instead, and we love it because the arms are much longer. We wanted one of these so we could drape towels on it to use as a drying rack AND for storage. We swing the bars out when we're drying towels and then later push them up against the wall when the towels are dry. No more draping wet towels all over chairs, doors, etc. We do not have it anchored into a wall stud, but it's holding up just fine. We love this thing!

Great for tight spaces
What a great invention for tight bathrooms. We moved into a house with a master bathroom dominated by a bath tub with little room for towels to hang. We installed this towel rack outside the shower and now we can easily reach our towels. I would suggest that you always lift the towels off the rack instead of pulling down on them. We’ve had this for a couple of months and it is holding up with full sized towels/ bath sheets on it. Great buy!

Excellent to have 17-inch and 20-inch options
This is a sturdy, attractive product. I was grateful to have the 17-inch-long option, so I can fold a standard bath towel in half and it will fit on the rack. Most similar products are 13 to 14 inches long, a little too short. We installed this towel rack into a stud using wood screws. It was easy. Very happy to have this option for a towel rack behind the glass door to our shower enclosure, where a standard towel rack didn't work.

Over priced, quality does not match price
This is the only towel rack of this design that has longer arms (over 12 inches) and some how that makes it cost twice as much as the shorter arm versions out there. That's BS.The arms are hollow. I doubt they are stainless steel. They bend with light pressure, so I expect them to all brake off eventually if you are rough with this rack. The plastic bushing between each arm are poor quality. If these bushing fail, the arms are essentially not supported at all (the bushing center the pivot point of each arm on a bar attached to the wall mount plate). I'll be surprised if this lasts a year before its broken. I wouldn't pay more than 20 bucks for this, so charging 50 is ludicrous. Good luck finding a similar rack of this size. There is nothing out there, hence why I settled for this overpriced piece of crap.
