Step by step
Every chapter continues the lessons to take action. He starts you out at the beginning of the process and goes through what you need to do and why you need to do it. Excellent book - teachable moments on every page.

Lots to think about!!
I am currently about 34% into reading it, and will update my review as needed once I am finished. This is my honest opinion for what I've read so far.Reading this book is a GREAT start for learning how to creating a life that you truly love! I have always struggled with making excuses for my bad choices, and the chapter on "victim mentality" was a real eye opener. There have been a few things so far that I disagree with, but overall the books has lots of good advice! I have been highlighting a LOT of great lines in my Kindle. My only problem with it is that there seems to be some general info sprinkled throughout that we are supposed to accept as fact, but without any evidence provided to back it up (for example, the list of positive physiological results from laughter). I'm not saying they are all untrue, I would just prefer there to be a reference to a study showing the research to back up the claim. That said, there are many parts that may not have research listed, but I know from my personal experience that they are true, such as the part where it talks about how keeping your house clean and clutter-free can do wonders for your mental health.I am looking forward to seeing more great advice in the coming pages! :)P.S. I read The Power of Discipline, also by Daniel Walter and highly recommend that book as well! Definitely a kick in the butt to get you going in the right direction.I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This book is an introspective blueprint for creating the Power to take Action!
Why you want to achieve something is usually easy, how to get it done is usually NOT easy-this book breaks down the obstacles and turns them into stepping stones!!! Many moments in this book made me face my reasons and motivations to follow my new path. I have been stuck at the starting line despite having every necessary part at hand to succeed. In my former career I realize that I had an enormous infrastructure that I only had to step in & do my job. This book has opened my eyes & made me realize how to start and do one thing at a time and build and celebrate each milestone; also to know myself better and focus on changing attitudes, habits and excuses. Thank you for writing this book. Christopher Snyder,III, MD

EASY AND RELATABLE
In the process of finishing this read but I will still give my honest review thus far.I have the Kindle version of this book, and it's been splendid, making it even much easier to read. The book has a simple vocabulary that's easy to breeze through not having the reader searching for meanings at every word. Another factor I appreciated with this book is that the need-to-know “Do it now” nuggets are presented in bullet form, highlighted, and have short and precise explanations right after the major pointers. The author’s writing style helps out with the reading too since it’s almost as though you’re having a pep-talk from Mr. Daniel Walter himself which brings forth a sense of belonging and that he’s out to help you get out of the rut of having to procrastinate or just not being the best version of yourself that you can be.Thus far I have gotten into the book, I honestly don’t have a negative comment to bring forth or any form of criticism other than just pointing out what an easy, straightforward, and relatable read it surely is. You know sometimes you just want to have someone getting to the point real quick and telling you like it is. And this book gives you exactly that.I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Bored to death
One star for some of the good quotes in the book. Otherwise it was very hard to pull through.I guess the author tries to cover all thing everything, and since not much were substantiated by scientific research, the content felt quite flat and somewhat condescending (“as what I told you …”) all through.I really shouldn’t marked down on the first pages of the book so that I would get reimbursed for my purchase. Wasted dollars.

Destination sucess!!!
An excellent book. The great things about this book are:Daniel Walter incorporates his own story brilliantly. He shows where he started from, the obstacles he faced, overcame, and (more importantly) stumbled on but kept going on his journey.I see a lot of myself or people I know in the different people he describes. Some on their own journey to either sucess or destruction. The reason I found these points important is that it is inspirational hearing Daniel's story. It gives a feeling of if he can do it, I can too, but it is emphasised over and over again, to fo it I have to put in the work. Nobody can do it for me, and nobody will. The other point is that it shows me the people around me. Quite a mixed group, actually. From a psychological point of view, it is interesting, from a journey to a sucess point of view, it is a bit scary. The book lays put the tools Daniel used himself and others used by other successful people. From mindsets to physical and personal life changes. The one constant is that the work needs to be done. Sometimes, that is the part nobody sees but is essential.

So far
So far it's a good read. Besides one part in the beginning when it felt like a sell pitch trying to make the reader buy his breakfast book.
