OFF! Botanicals Insect Repellent, Plant-Based Bug Spray & Mosquito Repellent, 2 oz

This is my go-to bug repellant, and I need SERIOUS bug repellant. Not only am I every mosquito's favorite snack, but my house happens to be on top of an underground spring, which means that every single mosquito in the world lives in my yard from May to November. If I take the dog out for 5 minutes without bug spray, I come back inside with at least 10 new mosquito bites. This stuff works. For me, it works just as well as my other go-to, which is a "deep woods" high-DEET bug spray (although I do have to make sure I rub this spray into every inch of exposed skin, or the bugs will find my weak spots). I hate the feeling and the smell of DEET bug spray, so if I just want to enjoy some relaxing time outside, this is the stuff. It doesn't have zero smell, & you can definitely feel it on your skin, but I'm not as concerned if my dog licks my leg while I'm wearing it. During the warmer months, I always keep a 2oz bottle and/or a couple of the wipes of this formula in my bag. That way I never find myself out & about and suddenly being devoured by bugs.

Overall it’s good. The price isn’t bad. It just sometimes it doesn’t work as expected.

I bought this spray for a trip to Mexico and I have to say I was not disappointed! We were warned about the mosquitoes and different bugs when traveling out of the country so I wanted to make sure we were well equipped. I came back home from my trip with barely any big bites. The bottle is also decently sized so I was able to travel with it easier than I would with a larger bottle.

Not pressurized spray so took it on plane . Small enough to carry. Keeps bugs off like regular stuff. More natural. No toxins. Recommend for use on kids. Smell not noticeable at all.

Totally recommend!!!! I purchased this for a trip to Mexico, where the mosquito attacks are brutal. I loved the travel size and the fact that I could carry it around easily and spray whenever I needed it. Out of 4 of us and 5 days in a mosquito filled city, I only got 1 bite (on my foot where I had not sprayed. ) this was a big win because mosquitoes normally find me especially delicious. Buy this if you hate mosquitoes and want a travel sized repellent.

I’ve used this a few times since I am a buffet to mosquitos. It works okay but it’s not perfect. I got two bites. Make sure you use a good amount of it and cover all exposed skin. You will have to rub it in since the spray nozzle doesn’t work so well. A shower is also necessary after use since it leaves a residue. However, the smell isn’t bad at all.

This product has been a lifesaver! I am the only one in my family that gets bit up like crazy whenever I go outside, even if it’s only for a couple of minutes. I really wanted a product that was plant-based and didn’t have deet in it, so I figured I would give this one a shot. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. As soon as I go outside I spray myself and it lasts for a while unlike some other plant-based sprays. Definitely will continue to buy when I run out.
