I recently purchased the Da Urban ergonomic chair from Amazon, and I must say I'm thoroughly impressed! The build quality is solid, the mesh back is breathable, and the lumbar and neck support are perfect for long working hours.The chair’s dimensions are just right – especially the adjustable height and the wide seating area. It feels both sturdy and comfortable, and the armrests are well-cushioned. Assembly was straightforward with clear instructions. After a couple of weeks of use, I can already feel the difference in posture and reduced back strain.Minor Feedback:The only thing I felt could be improved slightly is the leg/thigh support — it's a bit shorter than expected for 6 feet person. It's still comfortable for average height, but taller users might feel the seat depth is slightly limited.Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their home office or work setup. Flexibility of back rest is also doing good.Fabric was okay both seat and back rest . Headrest not good not bad it's okay.You feel that comfort while spending a long working hours daily I'll use it around 10hrs .It's good for me .And the wheel and hydraulic cylinder functionality was good.Then came here warrenty.Manufacturer support warranty for 3 years . Recently I claimed a warrenty for a part every thing processed smoothly. For warranty claim you need to call or message via whatsapp, number will be inthe user manual .

Good chair, but wheels on base already not working in just 10 months. Also bought it for 7000, now its only 4799 /-. Definitely not worth 7k considering its quality. Looks premium but quality not upto mark.

I self installed it, I am not sure if something is wrong with my installation, I face some issues in back rest and there is slight shake in the seat base.But overal the product is helpful to work long hours without any problem.

It was okay, you can’t properly fold your legs and sit on it. The material feels cheap. My back started hurting after using it for prolonged times. I had to invest in a lower back support cushion, but still not comfortable enough for my liking, i dont feel this is value for money. Functionality feels cheap too i mean the lever and the hydraulics.
