Hides Imperfect Technique pretty well - ends up looking a little glittery (which is awesome)
I was a victim of a DIY effort gone terribly wrong. I wanted a two tone silver and white desk and couldn't really find one in my price range. I did find a decent desk here on Amazon with plain white legs and a white edge, I figured I'd just spray paint it, no sweat and get the silver and chrome look I desired. That was a fiasco (to say the least). The chrome spray paint didn't adhere well and kept rubbing off and the spray paint could pool and drip - it looked a hot mess. I tell you all this to say my spray paint technique is pretty garbage. I decided to cover that mess with this "texturized" spray as a last ditch effort before throwing the whole desk on the curb. My spray painting technique is still garbage, but this paint is MUCH kinder in hiding errors. The texture makes the paint almost look like glitter and it hides bumps in the paint and drips much better than a smooth or shiny spray paint. I let it cure on the legs for 2 or 3 days. When I rubbed the paint, I didn't get any transfer and I even scratched it a little bit with my finger nail and it was fine. I did top it with a clear coat - just in case and it's still great. I'm really happy with how this came out. I'll give it an update in the future to determine how long lasting this is. All in all, I think this is great for us DIY novices.

Perfect for 3D printed props
Ever wanted a paint that just hides all the layer lines? No matter how good your printer is, glossy paint will always get soaked in and lift the grain slightly. The prop in the photo was painted with 2 coats of Primer, 3 coats of this textured paint and 2 coats of satin clear. This prop single handedly ate the entire can so keep that in mind. The black has copper glitter in it but it is also textured feel when sprayed on flat surfaces. Without a top coat, it will start coming off easily and get scratched. Without the top coat it will feel like coarse sand paper. With a top clear, it will feels like those textured plastic chairs but a little smoother. Just be careful spraying heavy layers because it is a high volume spray and it will puddle. Do multiple light ones and the results will be great!

Textured Paint — Super Easy to Use!
I’m impressed with how easy this textured Rustoleum is to work with. I’ve never had a spray paint hide scratches on a metal surface with one light coat! It’s actually more effortless than regular spray paint and looks really cool. My goal of using this paint was to hide scratches in the metal surface of my breaker box cover without going to the trouble of sanding. I simply applied the textured spray paint, topcoated with satin clear, and was done. You can get an idea of the coarse texture it produces in the close-up photo. I like the way it feels and will definitely use this product again. It came out great!

Great product
One can will not work. It doesn’t spray. Can you replace that one can of paint please.

No problems
Spray stayed consistent until exhausted. Beautiful color and finish, just what I was looking for to freshen a patio umbrella stand.

Great coverage
I used this product to upcycle an old wooden pub table. Paint has a pretty sheen. Need to be extra careful to build paint in thin layers...drips more than typical spray paint. Adhesion was strong. Easy to use as long as diligent.

Doesn’t work
The “paint” comes out very watery. I used the same brand and same color to paint a table that needed a touchup after a few years use. Couldn’t find it at my local Home Depot anymore so I ordered it here. Went to use it and it came out like brown water. No amount of shaking the can fixed the problem. After continually tries, even Brown water wouldn’t come out. Suspect no propellant left. It is a very old can.

Excellent priduct
Product worked great. Will hide minor imperfections on object that is painted. One suggestion hold can farther away than you think. Personally about 20 to 24 inches gave me the best coverage with no runs Do not I repeat, do not coat a second time for 72 hours. I know this is longer than can directions but it works. I orders a second 2 pack simply because Rustoleum has a tendency to change or discontinue products too easily.

DON'T BUY!!? I got a very bad product. after the first spray . it started to spray some unmixed solution. The can started throwing up some wierd kinda liquid which runined my new alloy wheels.. *No consistency * not mixed. * no gas poor quality from rustoleum.

Horrible SPLATTER-ing. Only 2 reasons possible according to forums - product not shaken well or product is old/defective in the packaging process. After the first splattering i shook the can till my arm hurt - about 3 mins, but still didnt solve the problem.
