They dont glow outside
They glow if you're in a dark room with no light but they don't glow outside in the dark. Disappointing.

Need UV to glow for a short time
They glow. Not from regular lighting, though. It has to be UV light/Sunlight. And they don't glow for long. Just a few minutes. So, you'd have to be in the sun with temgeting directsuight for a while or shine a UV light on them, then go directly into a dark place to see them glow for a few minutes.
