Works well.
It works great to replace my bathroom fan/vent. It’s quieter than the last fan. It’s also pretty easy to install, but it didn’t come with directions or any screws, so hold on to the screws from the fan you’re replacing.

Quiet but powerful
Worked great is quiet then the original. Plug and play for a standard bathroom fan.

Works Great, Some Modifications May Be Needed
These points are about incompatibility with our specific device, not necessarily relevant to your case:1) It was clear from the photos in the listing that the bolts holding the motor together go in a different direction from those of the motor being replaced. It was possible to reverse them, though the motor is then held together only when mounted on the fan cage, because of the match of threads in the casing.2) The power cord is apparently made for a situation in which the motor is closer to the outlet than in our case, so it was necessary to splice in some (AWG 16) wires to add length. If you are comfortable soldering and heat shrinking it should be fine if you encounter this.3)The nuts that mount the motor (with those bolts mentioned above are of a different size from those of the retiring motor, so you may need to determine the thread size and pitch to match new nuts if this is your circumstance. New nuts were not provided. If the mounting location on your device is different from what was expected for this motor, you might want to check the rotation direction to make sure the fan will be pulling air in instead of pushing it into the room. This motor spins clockwise when one is looking at the open end of the shaft. With the above considerations accommodated, the fan runs so quietly it was not clear that it was active until it was put in the ceiling, where resonance with the surrounding structure and the air flow make reassuring sounds that confirm it is on.If you are okay with making some modifications that may be needed (or may not, depending on your situation), this is a good choice - that is, good value for money.

Bathroom fan replacement
Perfect replacement for my Broan bathroom fan. Easy to replace and super quiet. My fan has got to be 15 years old and this was still the perfect replacement.

SIASKY UNIVERSAL BATHROOM VENT EXHAUST FAN MOTOR REPLACEMENT
I had high hopes for the Siasky Universal Bathroom Vent Exhaust Fan Motor Replacement, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a major disappointment. From the loud noise to the underwhelming performance, this product is more of a headache than a solution.⸻BUILD QUALITY & INSTALLATIONThe installation process was fairly straightforward, and it seemed like a good fit for my Nu-Tone Broan exhaust fan. However, right out of the box, the materials felt cheap. The motor itself didn’t seem as sturdy as the original, and the blower wheel felt flimsy. I was willing to overlook this if it performed well—but that wasn’t the case.⸻EXTREMELY NOISY OPERATIONThis motor is WAY louder than it should be. The moment I turned it on, it sounded like an old, struggling appliance on its last legs. It emits a constant buzzing and rattling noise, making it impossible to ignore—especially in a small bathroom. If you’re looking for a quiet replacement, this is NOT it.⸻POOR PERFORMANCE & WEAK AIRFLOWOne of the biggest letdowns was the lack of power. It’s rated for 50 CFM, but it barely moves air. My bathroom still stays humid after a shower, and condensation builds up on the mirror just as much as before. It simply does not extract moisture efficiently, which defeats the whole purpose of an exhaust fan.⸻VALUE FOR MONEY – NOT WORTH ITFor the price, I expected at least decent performance, but this motor doesn’t deliver. Given the noise issues and poor airflow, it feels like I wasted my money. I would have been better off buying an entirely new exhaust fan instead of trying to replace just the motor.⸻

worked and fit perfectly for a replacement
We thought we were going to have to go through the ceiling to fix our bathroom motor fan since there was no way to access it from our attic. This thing saved us from a massive headache. Fit and installed perfectly. The airflow seems to be the same as our old one. It doesn't make any type of noise at all. Super quiet. Matched our old one perfectly. Plugged in and a few screws and tada!

Exhaust fan
A little different than the one it replaced but I was able to fit it in and it works well. Passed the tissue test.

noise was about 38dB without housing, and the noise increased after installing into the housing!
It works for my old exhaust fan, but the noise didn't meet my goal/expectation.I tested the noise of the motor only without housing, which was measured about 38dB, looks good. After I installed it into my old exhaust fan housing, the noise was measured about 52dB, 14dB increased. I tried to install it two times to see any improvement, but the noise level is not changed... A little bit disappoint.Anyone or the seller can help me with any solution to reduce the noise after installing? I will update the stars if any improvement.
