Great tasting and loaded with protein
I have drinking muscle milk for over 10 years. A great protein boost in a smooth chocolate drink. Not as thick as a shake more like milk. They come in 25g, 32g & 42g of protein. The 25g is a little sweeter than the other two. It comes in other flavors too such as Strawberry, Banana, Vanilla and Double chocolate. Definitely recommend.

Four of the container were coming apart on the bottom, and when I opened them there was little pieces of white things floating in it
