Easy to use. Great results.
Used this dye (beige) to colour a pair of cream leather shoes. I masked off the sole first, then prepared the leather with the rough side of the sponge, before applying the dye with the other side. So easy. I removed the masking tape and carefully sponged dye off the soles where the dye had leaked under the masking tape. Took no more than 20 minutes from start to finish. Quick drying too - I wore them 2 hours later. Used hardly any of the small bottle. Lots left to use again. Fabulous product.

(Updated review) Fabulous and easy to use but scratches and peels off!
See first review below this. (This part is updated after wearing the coloured sneakers outside for an hour a few days after they had been dyed). The dye scratched off in a couple of places whilst putting the sneakers on to wear out, they were fully dried and had 2coats of dye done a few days before l wore them. I noticed that by pushing my foot into the back of my turquoise sneakerboot that the paint had scratched off at the top of the ankle where l pushed my foot in. Once l got home I noticed a couple of other scratches where the paint had come off too so I've had to buy another bottle of dye to fix it, and some leather dye scratch resistant sealant to hopefully seal it so it doesn't keep happening or I've ruined a perfectly good pair of sneakers. So be aware it is great at colouring the item but doesn't stay once you start wearing it. So get a sealant. That's been my experience anyway so I'm removing some stars.First review before wearing the dyed sneakers 👇👇👇👇👇Well this is surprisingly easy to use and fool-proof. I have always wanted a turquoise pair of sneakerboots and have looked for years and had to resort to doing my own. I added bright pink laces too as its beautiful with turquoise. The product went on smooth and easy and dried really fast too, I buffed the soft leather with the scouring side of the sponge first which worried me as it took the shine and softness of the leather away so l knew they would be ruined if the dye didn't work so it was a gamble. But it paid off and the dye applied really well. It only needed one coat to look even but being a perfectionist l went over them twice to catch any missed or lighter bits. I would definitely recommend this product. I'm buying deep purple and magenta too so l can do more sneakers how l want them! I'm really pleased. I also bought the magenta pink and did another pair of sneaker high tops which are also pictured.

Use as directed, expect shoe paint, very happy
I'm very happy with this product.Read all the reviews and laughed at 1 star "ruined my suede shoes" comments. It's basically paint, use as directed and you'll get what you expect. It's £7, be realistic.Massive upgrade on a pair of dirty old charity shop jobs, total facelift with way over half a bottle left. It'll probably rub off in a few months in the scuff/crease zone so glad to have some spare.I'd recommend it! Just have to figure out what to paint next.

Went on really well, lighter than packet colour
Never dyed boots before , but had 3 pairs of red ones , and needed a certain tone of purple for a pair of purple trousers I had. Had tried buying of internet , but colour was never right , hence the 3 pairs of red ones!!!After studying the samples for a while , I took a guess on deep lilac. It came really quick, and I started in.After reading all the past reviews , I did what they said and used the rough end of the sponge to scrape and toughen up the leather. Had to end up using fine sandpaper I had , as the bit on the sponge didn't last 5 minutes ! .Got que tips , and went round the edge of the boot with the dye, as a type of outline .Then dappled and circled the main bit with the sponge. Left to dry for 2 hours , then repeated , it did need it, as some red was still slightly visible .It's now been a day , and they go with my trousers great , happy .Going to seal them with a spray, or something , as not sure how they would stand in the rain , as the dye washed really easily off my hands in the sink. They look perfect , no streaks , or colour blotches .. but have yet to wear them yet.. so fingers crossed they last!Deep lilac colour though is lighter than the pic .. see my pics for colour .. photoshoppedto give the correct colour , for anyone looking at deep lilac

Easy to use with no smell
I found this shoe dye very easy to use and the best thing was that it didn't smell. I just hope it lasts on the shoes and time will tell but it went on very evenly

Lovely colour, apply thin coats!
I needed to recolour my Meyer Lemon Yellow iPhone cover. This colour was very similar but it dries quickly and so there are some streaks. quite quickly I was able to guess the optimal amount to use and the colour and finish has been good so far. I like that its a complete set (soft + rough sides of sponge + product)For my project I allowed the coat to dry overnight before applying a new one. It took about 4 coats . Once dried I hardly noticed any transfer of colour to skin or fabric and the case feels smooth. Overall extremely happy with this product
