Great Bag for Occasional Touring
Worked great on a 350 mile trip from Sarasota to Key West. I was rained on and everything stayed dry. I plan on using this on occasional credit card touring road and gravel trips and it seems to hold up fine. Great deal for the price.

Great if you don't mind mounting a bag to the handlebar
Waterproof. nice easy access from either side. What i don't like (about this design in general) is that it flops forward and backward. I had to install a brace to the handlebar to tie down the bag

Poor craftsmanship on multiple items
Horrible stitching. The two straps to the bar itself, one had only a single stitch holding the loop had nothing, it was open ended. I have ordered 3 bags with rhinowalker this week and sent everything back. I would steer clear of Rhino.

It works and it's well thought out.
You might have to watch a video or two to see how the straps mount. It's all about which nomex strap you string the straps through, go with the lowest one, and use the foam blocks on the straps under the handlebar. You'll see what I mean. I did lose a strap in my garage somewhere, replaced it with a velcro one and no problems. I stuffed in two full sheets, a compact 60-degree sleeping bag, and a pillow in the dry bag. Nice way to keep it all dry. I did end up adjusting the brakes slightly after overloading the carrier with the tent. Excellent design. No achilles heel so far.

Works well enough
Better construction than the first one I bought that just ripped all the stitching on a small jump, but still has a few problems. Dry bag is not that great but it works. The thickness is just not good enough for me but does keep things dry and plenty of room. The bungee cord broke on second use but still kinda works, prolly would not rebuy this or if I did i would order a dry bag separately to go with the holder. Easy enough to Install though the directions suck. Wish it was cheaper

Great bike camping bag
This handlebar bag handled 120 mile bike camping trip perfectly. Once you get the straps adjusted properly it’ll hold pretty well. I had mine filled with a hammock and some other sleeping gear.

Solid rig for bike packing.
For the price, this is a solid setup. I mean, it's not complex! It setup nicely and securely mounting direct to the handlebars (I'm using a MTB flat bar) using the included straps and foam blocks. In this setup, it did interfere a bit with the cables. So I've mounted it to a Salsa Anything handlebar bracket. In this configuration, it's rock-solid-- enough for proper trail riding.
