This bike is beautiful! It’s so easy to put together and the manual and instructions are incredible. My daughter loves it and can’t wait to show it off. Thanks Glerc for a beautiful bike, we will be back!

PRICE AND COLOR.

front mud guard (cover) dent and scratched (pain came off in the front)
We bought two for our daughters' birthday, this Peach color got its front mud guard (cover) dent and scratched (pain came off in the front). What a pity! The other one is well shaped.

Great bike but customer service is poor so do not buy
Bike arrived with minor damage to the brake cable and handlebars. Initially their customer service folks were quick to respond and sent out a replacement brake cable but not the handle bars, said they were on back order. It has been 2 months and I have sent several emails to get an ETA and have received no response. I was offered $10 to keep the existing handle bars which I refused. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter and she is happy with the bike but they need to make this right and send the handle bars. If they make this right I will give them a better rating but I don't feel at this point I will recommend their product.
