The media could not be loaded.  I payed £47 for this mug and was expecting a sturdy luxury packaging. It arrived poorly bubble wrapped and damaged. I realised it is not leakproof either. Very disappointed as design looks amazing. NOT FUNCTIONAL and packaging presentation is extremely poor. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Honestly can't believe this, but having spent nearly £50 on a cup, it's arrived clearly heavily used and DIRTY. Discolored inside and the lid is heavily scratched and yes, dirty!! The label has just been taped back on the outside 🤡 as though somehow I'm not going to notice??I specifically bought this because I'm disabled and needed a cup a carer could make me a hot drink in at night to leave me with, so now I'm going to have to get a carer to go to the post office for me to return it 🙃

Incredibly cute design, everyone wants it when they see it! Very well made. I love the triple insulation, the size, and the handle... though I prefer this 22 oz style/size of theirs with the thicker plastic handle vs the thinner metal one like on this Nutcracker pattern. Fits my Grand Cherokee cup holder. Lid is easy to get slider off, both it and tumbler are easy to hand wash. Keeps my frappuccinos, and iced lattes/coffees with just a little ice, cold for a long time.

I love everything about my mug. The picture is super cute, it keeps my drink warm, and it is a great size. It fits into the cup holder in the vehicle and yet holds enough liquid. I read other reviews saying that the hole is too small for drinking, but I have not found that to be the case at all. It seems to be the same size as our other travel mugs. I would highly recommend this product.

This is the 3rd mug I have bought. I fell in love with the first one, bought a 2nd for my daughter and bought this one as I was stuck in rehab too far from family to bring one from home. Besides this one is cheery and bright which I needed in my situation. I qualified my purchase based on the ordeal I had been through.I LOVE my flower mug. They fit perfectly in my hand with the right size handle and the feel of the cup. Cold stays cold & hot stays hot (each for hours). It is durable too. The CNAs knocked it over to the floor many times. Once it cracked the lid but the lid never leaked. At home I have additional lids just for this type of situation. The lid still works fine but the crack bothers me.I highly recommend these mugs. There are many patterns to choose from. They would be good gifts for the upcoming holidays.
