BIQU Panda Jet Fan Duct for Bambulab P1S/P1P/X1C/X1E 3D Printers, Print Head Fan Duct, Larger Air Flow, Effective Cooling, Compatible with Stock Hotend and Panda Revo/Flow

A few months ago I built my own remote printer monitor using an open source software called xTouch. The reality is I ended up never using it because the screen quality was really poor and I didn't want to invest a bunch of time and money trying to build something better. You can see the devices together in one of my photos for comparison.Then I discovered the Panda Touch. At first I wasn't really sure it was for me because folks often buy it as an upgrade to the P1P or P1S. I decided to buy one and try it for myself when I discovered that it supported all Bambu printers and even multiple printers at the same time.What I love!I use the Panda Touch on my work desk as a way to monitor my A1 Mini and my X1C. It has a very clean and crisp display making it is really easy to read. It is also a touch screen that is highly responsive and may even be a tad more responsive than the display on the X1C.I prefer purpose built and dedicated devices over all of the switching apps on my phone or PC. With the Panda I never have to open my phone and wait for the Bambu Handy app to load just so I can check the progress of a print. I can just tap the screen if it has gone to sleep. (Which is a configurable setting) It is a completely frictionless and familiar experience. It feels like I detached my X1C display and am now able to use it with both of my printers. (This device has a magnetic attachment to its base, so you can even detach it and run it wireless for up to 30 minutes)I have been using the device for about a week and I have found that I can monitor and control nearly everything for both printers. The display is a huge upgrade over the A1 Mini so I use it to configure my filament types and colors. The larger screen makes it easier to work with and the navigation options feels similar to my X1C display.The setup process is very well done and will automatically discover your printers once connected to your Wifi network.Any errors or warning that I would normally see on the printers show up on the Panda Touch so I don't have to get out of my chair to see what might be going on when I hear a machine stop printing.They include a little ducky in the box!Print from USB: One feature I have not yet tried is printing directly from USB. They included a USB port and this capability directly into the device. I was talking with my local library about this because they have a need to print from USB and The A1 Mini does not have a USB port. I don’t know that I will personally use this feature, but it is a great bonus feature and for some may be exactly the feature they need.Tips: The device shipped with an older firmware. I looked up how to update it was so easy I was able to update it via the browser on my phone. I have never had a device firmware update that was this easy before.Hopes for future firmware enhancements: I would like to be able to select the filament pressure setting since I have done the filament calibrations for some of my most used filaments and I am able to select it on the printers. I would also love to see an image of what is printing on the home screen. I love that feature on the printer displays.

I can’t believe they charge 55 bucks for this. It’s insane! I would pay 3-4 times the price for it. It works so great with my p1s. It is super easy to install and connect to the printer. The newest update is awesome too! It brought a bunch of new features that are awesome! Temp and humidity readouts, reprint/skip features, filament drying mode! That alone will save you the price you would normally spend on a filament dryer. I can’t say enough good things about this. I found an awesome print online to use for a swiveling mounting option right over the original controller. It’s even magnetic mounted and with the battery powered option you can grab it from the printer and take it with you around the house to monitor/control everything. When on the mount it’ll be charging straight from the onboard usb port on the printer. It has power control upgrade options too. It comes with a nice mounting bracket too but I like the look of mine. You can’t see the old control panel unless you swivel it up. That’s great too because you can’t always use the original controls if you want to for certain things without having to disconnect or do anything to the panda touch. It’s a must have for bambu p1 series.

Firstly, this is a very quick and easy swap for those who are scared to do this upgrade.I do like this as an upgrade to my X1C and I really only have one complaint about it. The magnets on the bottom of the fixture just are not up to quality, they are either poor quality or just too small and they really provide little to no magnetic attachment and this relies almost fully on the top magnets. If you print with 300+ mm/s or 15,000+ acceleration, there's probably a good chance this will just fall off mid print ( I have yet to have this happen though i print lower speeds )Regarding build quality, this almost looks 3d printed, and might be. But it doesn't feel like it will break from light force.The logo is nice to see when lit upI have noticed some /slight/ improvements in my overhangs, but i feel like most of the improvement to this for me is when I have short layer times, it has noticeable helped me on those prints!Happy printing! :)

I only received the internals with no case. Not very effective and have to connect directly to the machine now since theres no means of mounting. What you actually get in the box is not what is pictured. I suggest possibly orderong from their actual website not Amazon but it takes longer and they do not ship to all addresses. 1/5 stars, I will be getting my printer accessories and upgrades from else where now, I have had to many problems with their products.

Great product and addition for my P1S. Easy set up. I will say, when you insert the USB cable into the printer, make sure you seat it all the way. I didn't realize mine wasn't and after a short time the display shut off because the battery died. When I went through checking everything, I saw that way too much of the USB was sticking out. Pushed it in harder and the display lit up.

Connect to my p1s, I had to update it to version 1.7.1 after that I was able to get it connected to the cloud and control my printer 100%. Is but it again if needed.
