Great for long hair! No tangles!
Works great! My hair is very long and has tangled on every vacuum we've ever owned. No hairs tangle on this! My husband is extra grateful its one less vacuum he has to cut my hair out of!

Hair-be-gone!
It slices it dices it juliennes too!No seriously there's like 3 ft long hair in this household and not a lick of it gets tangled around this brush. Absolutely wonderful 10 out of 10 would recommend should come stock with every robovac.

Great brush. No more tangled hair.
Been using this brush for about 3 months now and it is always clean and tangle free unlike the brush that came with the vacuum.

It's good for most pick up, not so great for cat hair on a rug
It does pick up better than the rubber roll that comes with the L10S Pro Ultra. This one does work better for carpet due to the brushes on it. I did get it to help pick up the cat hair on my rugs. It does a better job than the other, but it isn't perfect and leaves a bit behind. So I just wind up taking out my Kirby and letting is give the rug a real deep cleaning.

Engineering at its best
Dreame products are truly engineered like no other. I made the switch from Roborock and really don’t miss the other brand. Great product and look forward to turning my other automation to Dreame

No tangled hair!
I have wasn't lentght hair and two dog breeds that are the worst shedders and not once have I had to use tangled any hair! Will be buying again.

If you pets shed and you have a Dreame vac this is a must buy
Definitely a must have if you have pets that shed. So far (several months) and it appears to work very well.

!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!! They will only stand behind their products for 30 days. This expensive little accessory & their ($1300) vacuum BROKE WITHIN THE FIRST 50 DAYS!! We are SOL & DREAME has the worst customer service!! All they offered was for us to ship it back & they want to repair my BRAND NEW vacuum. I requested they replace it, or refund me, but they said they can only offer to refurbish it. 🤬
