Duck Brand Glitter Crafting Tape, 1.88-Inch x 5-Yard Roll, Aqua (282491)

Isn’t as sticky as I expected.

It’s more like a giant washi tape. Doesn’t adhere very well. I used it to cover a small box and it sticks mostly with lots of rubbing but has started peeling. The box isn’t touched or handled often. It was pretty expensive for what it is.

I wanted some good strong duct tape that was also cute for the sensory glitter bottles my son and I made. This is not it - it's not the typical strength, so hopefully you read the reviews or notice the indication 'for crafting' which doesn't include repairing things, like the real duct tape description does. Even if this is more for crafting, it really doesn't stick well. Not sure what a good use for this would be, tbh. Buying some of the good, strong stuff with cute patterns to replace this.

I gave this 4 stars over all bc it did what I needed it to do. After reading through the reviews I was skeptical to purchase but did anyway. It's exactly what the reviews say. It works for what I need it for. BUT it is not very sticky, I had to line the edges with packing tape to keep it down. It does glitter but is see through so if you are looking for a solid glitter tape this is not it. I recommend for crafts that don't need to last long. I made a photo booth frame for a baby shower with it and it came out lovely, just what I needed. Long term use isn't recommended.

I bought 3 different colors of this Duck tape to create decorative headers on my face shields! It's just the right width, pulls from the roll, and applies with ease. It didn't tangle when pulled out long. Easily secured in place, it covered the word "face shield" with a band of decorative sparkle. Note the tape is a bit sheer, so two coats of tape covers the words underneath better. (The black sparkle was adequate with one coat.)

Love the color and love the glitter! It's perfect for what we wanted but didn't stay stuck to the wall (we were doing stripes in our nursery). Ended up putting two sided tape behind it and using a glue stick on the edges to get it to stay... It's so adorable that it was worth figuring out how to get it to stay as opposed to finding something else to do. It's thin, not anything like Duct Tape. The glitter REALLY stays on the tape though. We've rubbed it so many times and reapplied it and nothing comes off on your hands.

This is a lovely, quality-looking, glittery tape that would be OK for many uses. It should stick fine to cardboard, paper, etc. However, it does not adhere as well as most Duck-brand tapes (my favorite brand due to adhesion and quality!) so it did not work for my purposes. For a premium-priced (expensive, and very low quantity) item, I am disappointed, and won't buy it again. I'm going back to some other Duck tapes, which stick likes nobody's business!

This tape creates a fantastic finishing / effect rather than framing my diamond painting canvases sadly, it's just not sticky enough to stick! Being duct tape, I was happy to pay the inflated cost & it looks fantastic but I sharp became pretty disappointed to see it peeling away from itself within minutes. Consider the material you wish to use this on before purchasing it as it's not like standard duct tape - which we know, fixes everything!

Very disappointed with this glitter duck tape, which I bought to create a frame around a mirror for my daughters bedroom. It was easy to apply, but after just a few days I have noticed that it has started to lift from the underside of the mirror and also on the corners! It's advertised as being suitable for all sorts of craft projects, but as it doesn't adhere to a mirror and doesn't stick to itself - I'm not impressed.

Shouldn’t really be called duck tape as it sticks to nothing. Applied to a paper envelope and it still lifted off, also for the price with is probably the same as normal duck tape you don’t get half as much.

Utter rubbish waste of money doesn't stick well peel,s of to easy so buyer,s be aware don't buy as not good product ! Fast quick delivery service as well

Awful product. I bought duck tape brand as I thought it would be high quality. Its worse than washi tape. I bought better in poundland. Do not buy expecting anything sticky or strong.
