Does not work. You can see in the picture the trap is directly below a Yellowjacket nest. Has not caught a single one. I e tried different bait and different location. The only thing I’ e caught is moths.

Why does it have LED night light? the wasps are not active then. we mixed up some juice according to directions and... no dice. We need to try another formula. They do seem to be very well made though, very sturdy.

I originally purchased these to help with bees on our screened in porch. However, they have helped mainly with gnats and flies - which, is still great! They are easy to use as you just pour beer in them and set them out to work their magic. They aren’t the most aesthetically pleasing thing, but they work for catching pesky flies!

Save your money. These do not work. The end.

Not sure if it was user error, bad placement or what, but never caught one bee/hornet.

I have trouble with wasps around my home so I was told these work great for catching wasps. They work great for catching flys and other insects but I haven’t had any luck with the wasps. Will try again and hope it works out if not I’ll just keep using the wasp spray.

Disappointed.Placed each in an area loaded with Hymenoptera.I used a heavy sugar water mixture (known to have worked with other traps I’ve used in the past).After a month, there are still only moths in the trap, attracted by the UV light.I will go back to using the original traps now that I have found them for sale again.

I’m a bit disappointed that in a month I’ve caught 1 bee in each trap. I followed directions for the amount of honey vs water.
