the machine feels and looks like its a very good quality. the machine has several different heads, but also suction which surprised me. i've been doing microabrasion for a long time and believe it helps. but the suction was a plus. it was very easy to use and is light. i typically have dry skin, so this is a must have routine if your conscious of it and care, you will see the difference.

No real instructions for use. Minimal only and obvious English isn't 1st language. Wish I had looked closer to realize it wasn't made in America.

I've been curious about microdermabrasion devices for several years. I'm glad I was afforded the opportunity to use one.I used this device on my face and my heels. Yes it does exfoliate, but at unnecessary costs. I feel it can increase the risk of skin damage to the face and other areas where the skin is soft, and that it's a financial waste. There are also much less expensive ways to exfoliate heels.I wasn't really comfortable with rubbing a piece of rough metal over my face. It just felt too unnecessarily abrasive. There are gentler and less expensive ways to manually exfoliate. I try to treat my skin gently, which includes not pulling and tugging on it. I don't believe it's necessary to vacuum impurities out of pores, stretching the skin in the process.I will stick with using chemical AHA and BHA exfoliants to care for my skin. If I need manual exfoliation, a light going over with a soft washcloth or silicone scrubbie is adequate. No need for a power tool.
