Action movie I really enjoyed.

Daughter loved the book.

Jason Statham knows what he's good at, and that's primarily being Jason Statham and occasionally punching people. At points in the movie Statham even attempts an accent, although it's not clear what it is and after a bit of time in the movie he gives up and the movie actually acknowledges it by having a line "I was born in the UK". That's the level of this unapologetically tenuous plot that strings together some vague excuses for a story line so that we can get to the next part where Statham can punch someone without being overly harshly judged for it. That said, the flick does a great job of making it to where you just don't care, and similar to The Expendables, or Crank, or Mechanic, Transporter... whatever, they're all vehicles for some version of Statham punching someone and I'm all for it.

I live all his movies, always with class even soaked in oil and fighting greater numbers he makes it look real!
