Easy to assemble
Easy to assemble. Need to keep the bolts loose to allow some play so you can line up the holes. The hardware comes pre-assembled, which is really nice, but their order of assembly is incorrect, probably to ease production, so look at the instructions to make sure you have the washers on the correct side.Missing some parts and need to contact customer service. Will update review based on their response.Update: sent a list to their web page. Got an automated response immediately. Got another email on the first business day acknowledging the issue. Shipped out the items the following day. And received it the next. Great customer support! Service is actually part of the product and is as equally as important as any other features.Update: It's been over a year. The paint is still solid for the most part. We live in a pretty dry environment, so there's very little rust on it. The both orange plastic seats on the see saw swing have mostly turned white. The seat on the chain swing is still mostly orange. I did have to drill a hole in the very most bottom so that water from the rain and sprinklers drain properly. Over all, it's still looks great and solid. Oh yeah, the trampoline still looks and works good as well. We didn't use the netting so I have no idea how that would have held up.

Grandson loves it
Worth every penny. 3 year old grandson loves it. Do pay attention to the weight limit. Very easy to assemble

Flimsy. Rusted metal. Chipping paint.
Flimsy and the paint is already chipping off, the metal is completely rusted underneath. It was obviously mutated metal that was painted over.I would have given this 3 stars otherwise though. For the money I think the quality is decent. It is super flimsy and won’t last very long but for the money I expected that.When my three year old uses the swing the whole thing shifts and kind of feels like it’s coming apart.

Good choice
My kids love this swing set. The assembly took quite some time. The plastic protection on the trampoline comes up after a little time, but overall it's a good purchase.
