Wow, Wow, Wow!
I'm impressed with the taste of this one. I been using the one with just Erythitol and the aftertaste was putting me off, but now that I have tried this one, I'm not going back.Can't wait to make keto desserts now.It tastes JUST LIKE SUGAR!Is quite sweet tho, so add a little first and add more if needed.Now I can enjoy my coffee with the sweetness that I like without falling out of the wagon when on Keto.If you have a sweet tooth like me, you won't be disappointed with this sweetener, no aftertaste at all.

My New Favorite Sweetener – Tastes Like Sugar But Without the Carbs
I have always been a sucralose/splenda fan because it is the only substitute (until now) that tastes similar to sugar, but doesn’t have a nasty aftertaste. It was the closest I have been able to get to the taste of real sugar…until now.Why I like this one:😀Looks and tastes just like real sugar, maybe even a little sweeter😀No bitter aftertaste😀Doesn’t affect blood sugar, so I can stay on track with my diet😀Works great in baking and tastes fantastic in hot drinks😀Dissolves quickly and completely😀Granular instead of powdery😀A little bit goes a long way; I use less than half of what I used to use and get the exact same level of sweetnessI never thought I would say this, but I actually like this sweetener more than I like splenda. It tastes amazing in my tea or coffee, and performs a lot better in baking. I am super happy with this product, and soooo glad I discovered it! This is my new favorite sweetener, I have already added it to my basket to buy it again. 😋

life long canderel user converted.
I was curious to try this, as a lifelong user of canderel, i wanted to try something that had more of a crunch like real sugar.Having a sweet tooth can be a problem when trying to lose weight, i love fruit and yoghurt and like a sprinkle of sweetner on the top, and cereal with some sugar too, so the fact that this has the real texture of sugar is a great bonus.It's very sweet, so you don't actually need to use as much as you would with sugar or canderel,For the 1kg tub for around £10 i think that it's ok, its says its 4x sweeter that sugar, so technically this 1kg is equivalent to 4kg of sugar, and with the price of sugar now this probably works out a better alternative. Will be sticking to this in the future, thanks

Tastes pretty good, and I love cutting out the calories.
I've tried the tiny sweetener tablets in hot drinks before, but never an actual sugar replacement. I was surprised by how fast it dissolves in liquid - much quicker than normal sugar, so you can use it in cold drinks too.It's excellent value for money, especially compared to sugar, but it has less uses. There's a picture of baked goods on the container but I decided against using it in my baking, as it lacks the viscous syrup feel of actual sugar, so it'll change the composition of my cakes and biscuits and I don't want to figure out how to offset that. It also won't feed the yeast in my bread as well.I've mostly been using it in coffee and tea and I actually prefer it to regular sugar. I don't think it's as sweet, it has no overly sweet taste, a spoonful has just the right amount of sweetness to mellow out bitter coffee. Unlike the little tablets I've been using, this doesn't leave a weird aftertaste either.For everything outside of my baking, I'm happy to have a nice-tasting sugar alternative that cuts out calories. Good value, recommended.

It's a nice idea!
I' have tried various options to reduce sugar intake. Erythritol is a game changer. As a sweetener, it doesn't leave that awful aftertaste, and although it's less sweet than sugar, I find I can easily adjust by using a bit more. Its granular texture also makes it feel like using real sugar, which is a bonus. Plus, it's great for baking.

Good for Keto & diabetics
This review is for the “ Erythritol + Sucralose 1:4 Sweetener | 1g = 4g of Sugar | 0 Net Carbohydrates - 0 Calories - 0 Glycemic Index - Keto - Non-GMO - Castello since 1907 - 1 kg”I have a sweet tooth & it’s a problem so, I’ve been looking at ways to be healthier without sacrificing sweetness. I think the granular Erythritol & sucralose by Castello (since 1907) is a great way to continue to enjoy sweetness without the bad side-effects to my health. I have noticed no GI response to this which I was very happy with. This also means it should also be keto friendly, as described.It dissolves very easily and is very sweet, so do use it sparingly! I would recommend starting with 1/4 of the amount you’d usually use in sugar & then go from there.I have yet to bake/make jam with it so I’m not sure how it will fair there.

Quite sweet
My usual sweetener doesn't have the same consistency as real sugar, in fact I have to make sure the kitchen door isn't open when I use it or it will get blown right off the spoon.This is more granular, almost like real sugar. It is quite sweet and I only found a trace of after taste, so that's a tick in the plus column. I've not yet tried baking with it as the warning on the tub mentioning that too much can have a laxative effect, so I'm afraid the cake will have sugar and not sweetener.So it's a huge tub that will last me an age as I will only use it in coffee and on the odd occasion when there is Weetabix in the cupboard. That would make it value for money, however if it's used more than I do myself, some people may think it's a bit on the pricey side. I'm happy to give anything a try once though and so far I am happy with this sweetener.

Muy bueno.
Cómo lleva un porcentaje pequeño de sucralosa el sabor es igual al del azúcar, pero hay que usar mucho menos. Todo lo que lleva azúcar lo reemplazo por este producto y me siento mucho mejor desde que lo uso.

Finalmente il dolcificante giusto
Ho provato dolcificanti di ogni tipo e per ognuno mi era facile trovare un difetto, a volte il retrogusto, a volte poco solubile, molto spesso non dolcificava abbastanza. Con questo dolcificante ho risolto ogni problema, è davvero uguale allo zucchero bisogna solo fare molta attenzione alle dosi. Ogni 4 gr di zucchero -> 1 gr di dolcificante...in pratica se nel caffè si usa il classico cucchiaino di zucchero con questo dolcificante basta la punta del cucchiaino. Ottimo per l'indice glicemico.Consegna ed imballaggio perfetti.

Gute Zuckeralternative
Schmeckt nicht genau wie Zucker aber schön ähnlich (wenn auch deutlich süßer) und generell angenehm und nicht künstlich. Die Konsistenz ähnelt der von normalen Zucker, dadurch lässt sich dieser Zuckerersatz sehr gut handhaben.Angesichts dessen, dass das Zeug keinerlei Kalorien hat und durch die höhere Süßkraft als Zucker auch noch recht ergiebig ist wirklich eine tolle Sache: 5 Sterne.

Diffèrent mais sucrant.
🍬 Ici, on a une boîte d'un kilo d'erythrithol et sucralose. C'est un sucrant vegan, keto, et sans gluten. J'aime beaucoup le fait qu'il a un pouvoir sucrant x4 par rapport au sucre normal (donc cette boite offre l'équivalent de 4kg de sucre), et il est 0 calories.👩🍳 Personnellement, je l'utilise en complément d'une autre source de sucre naturelle. Par exemple, avec du sirop d'érable ou du miel dans mes pâtisseries, pour ne pas avoir des risques d'effets négatifs. Je trouve qu'il est très sucrant. On a vraiment besoin d'une petite quantité pour qu'il laisse un goût sucré. Je divise toujours par 4 selon la recette.😋 Il a un goût un peu différent du sucre normal, mais franchement, pour un sucre zéro-calorie, j'en suis satisfaite.
