The main assembly is made out of a pliable, flexible rubbery material that won't crack or break if dropped. I had a pair that cost me more and they ended up splitting in the middle and were no longer covered by the warranty. Speaking of warranties, these HX 911's are covered for one year by the manufacturer. If you use a credit card that automatically extends your warranty on purchases by one year you would be getting a 2-year warranty. Just save your receipt and the card that comes with this product to show you get a 1-year warranty. These are easy to pair and have a very nice sound. The audio quality coming from you to the person you are calling is very good also. Controls are well laid out and easy to access. Battery life is also pretty good. One of the coolest things that these headsets offer is retractable auto rewind earbuds. I would not pull on them too hard or pull them out too far, just to be on the safe side.In the magnetic closable front box suitable for gifting you get the headsets, charging cable, 2 additional sets of rubber earpads just in case the standard size does not fit your ears, an instructional leaflet, and a warranty card.

The packaging is very simple and was easy to open. I love the short cord charger, no need to lug a long cord anymore. It came with extra ear bud pieces in case you need it. It charged very fast and the Bluetooth capability was flawless. It connected to my iPhone 8 Plus as soon as I turned on the Bluetooth button. Very light and the actual earbud cord was pretty long. You can be in any position and the provided neck piece is very light and it doesn’t feel like you’re wearing it.The sound is also pretty good and even the bass is pretty good too. With its noise cancelling feature you don’t need to pump up the volume.I will do another review and let you know how it feels while driving my scooter. My AirPods would always come off. So let’s see what happens with this one.

I was given this headset to review. My initial impression, very light weight neck band yet it has a 12 hour battery inside! The retractable ear buds pull out with some moderate tension, the wires are impossibly thin, wow. Once you put this setup on, it pretty much feels invisible with no pressure points while wearing long term. The real plus to the super thin wires is that the ear buds are tiny and light and there is no "microphonic noise" (physical thumps and bumps) transmitted to your ears thru the wires when turning your head. The unit has basic voice prompts to tell you when the headset is connected and battery levels High, Medium, Low. Overall I'm very pleasantly surprised at the sound, and performance of this headset. I will use it for all day podcasting while working around the house as well as for late night TV watching as the comfort and long runtime are real positives here. For the price you can't go wrong.

Seems to be of good quality.Sits comfortably around the neck without scratching or feeling heavy. I could see myself wearing them for a longer period of time.I like the idea of retracting the ear buds when not in use.They block out a lot of ambient noise but they are not “noise canceling” as stated. Still enough to listen to music without having to crank up the volume a lot.They come with the bigger ear silicon pieces installed and also include another pair of smaller and also the same side ear pieces.They come of easy enough for cleaning.Mine came empty but charged in about one hour.It also includes a short charging cable but any micro usb should do itThe switches are to slide instead to push, that’s a little different then expected. Like the switch for volume up or down. I did not use them yet for receiving or making phone calls but would expect them to just work.

Got these very fast. Just as described as well. They came with a full charge which I always find is unexpected. There are various size ear pieces and I need a small one, so that's a nice plus. The buds fit really well. Some people have indicated that this feel "cheap" and I believe they are designed to be LIGHT WEIGHT but I am not sure how they were hold up to my abuse. :) I don't even feel like I have them on - the sound is great too. The buttons take some getting used to at first, if you are wearing them. Obviously you have to get used to the placement and it's been a day for me, I should be good. When you retract the buds they don't exactly go back into the slots - I have to straighten them out. I am just a little picky and things have to line up. It would not prevent me for using them at all. Bluetooth connection was easy as well. The English is good enough on the feedback. I also noticed you can change to Chinese, Korean or use English of course. There is a little trick to it. If you need to know ask me. I have purchased SO MANY of these Bluetooth headsets online and often time they just stop pairing. I may update my review at a later date - for now, right as rain! :-)

Sound quality is good, battery life is excellent, but...Already broken after 2 month of use. looks like due to the short retractable cord the wires broke.Could be another reason it stopped working. Not recommended. looking for another Bluetooth device to replace it.Contacted hisility. Slow response. Promising of replacement not materiazed in 2 weeks yet. Unacceptable customer service. Deceiving statement on 1 year warranty. Not able to get replacement for 2 weeks now.8.05.2018 - get the replacement now. Very happy as this is so far the best product of the kind on the market. Was not able to find comparable to it. The Company works hard to build the reputation and they are doing a great job, so adding stars for the goodwill and effort to satisfy customers.
