The built quality is great and it works well and fits on my stove perfectly. Distribution of heat is even and it has perfect cooking abilities, easy to clean when you clean immediately after usage but only with following the instructions. Love that it come with the silicone mittens and the cleaner.

I frequently use a cast iron skillet when I'm grilling steaks on my propane grill, but space is a bit limited. This skillet "insert" works very well just sitting on top of the grates on my grill, and I have made lots of steak and burgers using this. I love having the option of either smooth or grated depending on which side I want to use. The heat distribution seems very good, and it is fairly easy to clean. I like the included press and cleaning/scraping device. I am replacing my aging grill very soon but will continue to use this cast iron insert for years to come.

Heavy duty, great grilling, easy to clean, cast iron! It’s one grill with two sides one with lines and one flat side.

The only downside to this griddle is that it leaves a strange rust looking residue. Not sure if that's normal or some kind of chemical used to seal it. It doesn't wash off no matter how hard I try.

Very small, hard to clean and it rests. Save your money.

The firm, flat and stable surfaces are wonderful. It is also good leaving this griddle on the stove top to lay cooking spoons, hot pots off burners and just many other benefits. The size is perfect and it doesn't crowd off the use of other burners.
