It made walking around in a heavy rain storm comfortable..and allow flexibility to task

Cheaply made
Bought these for my husband for work and he has only worn them a handful of times. He has 2 holes in it and unfortunately it’s passed the time to return it. Just sucks I’m out of that money and a rain suit.
