Quality materials used. I put around 350lbs on them and they seem to hold up very well with little to no flex. Instructions were straight forward other than the electrical part inside the vehicle. Might help to have colored photos of at least the wiring for the door trigger wires. Example on the passenger side it says to use the “solid green” wire for the front door(mine has 3-4 green wires). Other than that it’s a Great Product!

If you are going to install this unit yourself, be prepared for some very hard work. On the 2020 Tacoma you must drill some holes in the frame in-order to install the lift arms . The frame on the two front units is a box beam. Have fun reaching inside the box frame in order to install the mounting bolts. The wiring harness seemed too long on the passenger side and almost too short in the drivers side. I ran the drivers side harness straight through the fire wall and just barely made it to the lift motor. Once installed and adjusted with the included shims they works perfectly.

Just love it. no more straining to get into truck ! Complete kit. Pivots had excellent fit, not tight, not loose, just perfect ! kit was easy to install. I wish I bought the plug and play model. Wasn't too much of a hassle to find the correct trigger wire, when the instructions say tap into the pink wire and there are four pink, you just need to tap into each and see which is the correct one. Being an auto mechanic it was not a big issue, But if your not used to this kind of work, beware.

I love how they retract close to the truck's body and how wide they boards are. They also have a cool feature of keeping your foot on top of the boards after closing the door will keep them in the down position (great for washing the top of the roof).

Incredible step. Actually lowers to a height that is usable, unlike all the others. If you want a step to help access the cab, this is it.
