Easy to install and works great.
This tool works very well. I installed it on my daughters car and has been working for the last few months. And it's very easy to install. I wish it came with a longer DC cable. But either than that, the tool works great.

Didn’t work for my 2017 Durango GT
One star because this didn’t work for my 2017 Dodge Durango GT with auto sensing wipers and auto high beams. My Durango doesn’t have the 10 pin plug that this product has!

Good Power Source Addition
Works perfectly for my dashcam needs. If you are not handy at automotive work you may find the install a bit challenging, but it is doable with a little thought. All in all a great purchase.

Installed in a 2022 Ram 3500 and it took all of 15 minutes, works as intended so a good purchase

2020 jeep Grand Cherokee new Dash Cam … Perfect !
I normally don’t write reviews however… this was perfect for my 2020 jeep Grand Cherokee. I was able to fit the entire unit inside the “cowling”. My dash cam required a mini USB connection. The little box that’s in this unit fit inside perfectly with a little bit of finding the fit. On the jeep you takeoff the top part of the housing on the windshield. You grab the entire mirror and you twist to the right. The mirror comes off the windshield. I plugged in the unit and then I plugged the mirror connection into the pigtail. I kind of brought the pigtail around the bottom and then up the other side to the left. Plugged in the OEM mirror plug. And then found an angle on the little box that fit inside the cowling. I just let the cord for the mini USB hang out to the passenger side and it was the perfect length to get to the Dash Cam plug. The dash cam in my case is suction cupped to the passenger side of the glass up high so that it doesn’t interfere with your vision out the windshield as you drive. It literally took 10 minutes. So in my case it was the perfect solution I just trusted that it was for a jeep and it was like magic. I hope you guys have the same happy outcome with your brand of vehicle that I did. The The little box that’s in the unit I don’t know if that’s a fuse or what… but there’s a 3M adhesive sticker on it if it has to live on the outside of your housing… Again I usually don’t write reviews but this was really so easy and such a perfect solution.

Vehicle specific part
A little difficult to get the fairing off the truck.Part easily clipped in place. I replace the fairing if looks qqq professional works as described. I am very pleased!

Would not work in my vehicle, wrong connection. Wait it was for 10 pin 2008 Jeep. My Jeep Liberty had wrong connections
