Gerber Baby Cereal, Organic Oatmeal, 8 Ounce

Despite that Gerber is not known for its organic fair, I selected this brand for our baby. After reading the labels of multiple organic oatmeal cereals, this was the only label where all the ingredients were either known to me or easily understood by me. Another consideration is the ease of this cereal on our LO's stomach. Our baby has a sensitive stomach. We were really concerned the addition of solids to his diet would create some stomach upset. So far, so good - happy baby loving this cereal, with a happy tummy.

This was my daughters first solid food. She has sensitive skin and will get a diaper rash with some fruits and veggies but she never had a reaction to the cereal. It is very easy to make with water, formula or breast milk. It has a nice mild taste and has never upset her tummy.

Love the product but babies r us sells it for much cheaper.

Any parent or infant caregiver knows the struggle of getting babies to actually eat their food instead of play with it, dribble it down their chins, etc. My 7 month old son devours this stuff without (much) complaint. Huzzah.

My nine month old son loves this oatmeal. I feed it to him every morning.

Love that Gerber has an organic line. I avoid feeding rice to my children whenever possible, and appreciate an organic oatmeal cereal from a brand name I trust. My boys seem to enjoy it, as well.

My kiddo thoroughly enjoyed this, I don't particularly like it though, lol. Great to mix with baby food. Recommended.
