Your tin opener is a disaster,!!
This item was a total disappointment!! It is adesign faulty manufacture, it does not Pierce the tin lid nor does it cut the lid.I have been trying to find out how to speak to a customer service representative all morning today but have been unsuccessful.Could someone please call me to address my problem.Shall be obliged.

Just another waste of money product
I got it for my restaurant and sorry to say its such a confusing product, never for ones we were able to open cans with it. We were hoping the other person would be able to open from it but exceeded the return timing. Bad product, you are better of it.

It doesn't open can
The reason I bought it is for opening food cans nothing else, it can't even hold anything firm in place, there was no pamphlet, only the item, no wrapper, it looks a total loser item.It's a fake, a scummy item, very bad product, the knob is loose, can't tighten it up properly, the mechanism is farce, the only thing it could do was open lid, no instructions manual, nothing, don't buy it and waste your precious money
