Very good and effective Product

Excellent product. Easy to use.

Water jet is slower than Oracura.

Easy to use, a must for flossing and healthy oral care

I have been using this for more than a month now. So far so good.

TLDR: Untested, difficult to use product with a broken design. There are two serious issues with this product: First, the nozzle does not stay in place while flossing. It keeps rotating away from where I want it to point. Second, the nozzle keeps “kicking” up and ejecting itself after every 2-3 seconds of use. Both of these issues mean that I have to tightly hold the nozzle in place to prevent it from rotating or ejecting, which makes it very difficult to use. We have had several flossers in the family over the last 5 years and exactly zero of them have had these issues. And it isn’t a defective unit or nozzle either.. the issue is with the design of the product itself. The nozzle simply DOES NOT FIT the device. I have tried both nozzles that came with the device. My best guess is that they found a supplier in China to import from, slapped a Colgate logo on the cheapest quality product they could find and pushed it to market at a premium without ever testing it or using it themselves. There is absolutely no way this product could have made it to market with this broken design if anyone at Colgate had actually used the device before selling it. By the way, you can’t return the item to Amazon. It will end up for you where it has ended up for me.. IN THE GARBAGE. Please save your hard-earned money and buy a flosser from a physical store after trying it yourself.

Very good quality

Still expensive for what it offers. That time it was new and I paid full price. Writing after over a year of use. Pros: 1. Good compact design. Easy to travel with. No worries about breaking anything. 2. Good water jet pressure. 3. Overall works well... well at least as long as it lasts. Cons: 1. No replacement parts. Not even nozzle. 2. It appears that product is designed to fail. Charging gave intermittent problem and finally gave up after just over a year. It has micro USB charging port. I had used phone with that charging port for many years, so port should not problem. My last charge lasted almost 2 weeks, so battery should not be a problem. Something inside just refuses to charge anymore. My next steps: Get a cheaper water flosser as they are great convenience, but use them along with string flosser or inter-dental brush. Wait for USB-C charging or some water flosser with serviceable battery/parts before splurging again.
