i’m a side sleeper but after using this pillow, I now findsleeping on my back very comfortable and I’m still able to sleep comfortably when I sleep on my side. I was icing and using a heating pad on my neck for a couple of years every night due to neck pain along with using pain creams and physical therapy at times ordered by my doctor, butwould wake up with pain. I may still use heating pad for an hour before bedtime, but when I wake up in the morning, after using this pillow, I wake up, feeling refreshed and with no pain.

This is by far the best pillow I’ve owned. I’d recently brought some new pillows for my larger sized bed and opted for one will cooling foam to help with temperature regulation. I immediately found myself in excruciating pain night after night that I eventually stopped sleeping with pillows altogether….until I found this one. I was a bit skeptical considering the shape is a bit abnormal, but figured it couldn’t be worse than what I’ve already encountered. The very first night of sleeping on this pillow I felt relief from my neck pain. The support it provides alongside proper body alignment throughout the night has been a game changer for me. It’s also the perfect blend of firm and plush and in my opinion well worth the money. The side cutouts are also optimal for arm placement for those nights I like to sleep on my side. Overall it’s a 10/10 and I’d highly recommend for those looking to alleviate neck pain and have a restful nights sleep.

I recently received this pillow, and while it’s incredibly comfortable and provides excellent support for my neck, I’m torn due to the strong chemical odor it has. The pillow cradles my neck perfectly, giving me a restful sleep without any strain, which I love. Unfortunately, the smell is overpowering and gives me a headache whenever I use it. The odor seems like chemicals or plastic, and even after airing it out for a while, it persists. If the smell could be improved, this pillow would be perfect. But as it stands, it’s hard to fully enjoy due to the headache-inducing scent.

I ordered this pillow for my husband because he’s been waking up with neck and shoulder pain. I was nervous ordering a cervical pillow from Amazon because you never know what type of quality you’re going to receive. The pillow came and we opened it up and was surprised at the quality of the pillow and the exterior pillow case it came with. Both the pillow and the pillow case are excellent quality materials. We placed a regular king size pillow case over top the case the pillow came with. My husband has been using this cervical pillow for a little over a week now. He said he’s been waking up with no shoulder pain or very minimal discomfort. So far he’s happy and the pillow is doing what it’s intended to do. His only feedback is the pillow isn’t very comfortable for side sleeping but again he’d take that if it means not waking up with neck and shoulder pain in the mornings. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a high quality cervical pillow at a reasonable price.

Well made, prompt delivery but it did not help the numbness and pain in my fingers that comes on when I sleep at night.

PROS: I am usually a belly sleeper, and lately that has been causing me pain in my neck, back, and with how I position myself, even into my hands (I have carpal tunnel in both). I’ve found that if I sleep on my back, my pain is minimal, and sometimes non existent. This pillow does it for me. The dip in the center of the pillow keeps my head positioned so that I do not try to turn over, personally sleeping on my stomach with this pillow is uncomfortable. So I find my body places me on my side/back immediately. This was a rather good investment. CONS: I am not sure why… but the first time I laid on this pillow, it smelled horribly. I placed a regular pillow case over it, thinking it was the plastic packaging it came sealed in. There was no stains, or imperfections that I noticed on the pillows insert. After removing my normal pillow case the smell was till present. I am going to try to wash the removable cover and see if I can get the mildewy smell out as the pillow itself is NOT washable. If not, I’ll contact the seller for maybe a replacement, because I do truly like this pillow.

I was skeptical, but my neck pain was so bad I had to try this. And it worked! I have 2 fusions and thought for sure I was to the point of needing another surgery, but never want to go through that again. I got this pillow and the first three days my neck still hurt, but was a little better. Then I remembered there’s a removable insert. Once I removed that, my neck was pain free by the end of a week! I’m also sleeping so much better without tossing and turning all night. I just ordered another one so I have it for our camper this summer. Highly recommend!

I love this pillow it has helped with neck stiffness and I sleep better. I sleep on my side or back and it works for both sleeping positions and there is a place for your arm so it doesn't fall asleep. Would definitely recommend for anyone especially if you have difficulty finding the right pillow.
