Amazingly Good for the Price
I own a lot of earbuds and have become more and more impressed at the quality you can get for very little money. This is especially true in the last year. These MA10s Baseus buds are near perfect for me. They sound as good as any I have owned (and the free app lets me adjust them to my taste). The Noise Reduction is very effective, and they fit my ears very well (they are comfortable, get a good seal, and do not fall out on my long walks. No complaints, I also owned the older MA10 model, and these are perhaps 10% better in sound and ANC. At the moment they are not available, so I hope Amazon gets them in again. I see the Baseus Airnora 2 is in stock and I like them too, they are much smaller (a bit more comfortable with a much smaller case). The MA10s sound and battery life is better, but for about $30 right now those are a good alternative.

Disappointing downgrade
Update: Baseus reached out to me shortly after this review had been posted. I was offered a complete refund without having to return the product. I declined. My disappointment didn't mean I couldn't make use of the earbuds, and electing to keep them warranted the payment be kept.A few days ago, I experienced the same problem I had with the MA10 (read review below for complete details) - right side low volume. I am increasing my review (4 stars, from 3) because of the effort Baseus puts in. In regards to my issue with the MA10S model, Baseus contacted me to offer support, and ultimately a satisfactory resolution. Baseus earbuds have phenomenal quality, unluckily, I experienced the same failure with two different models, but Baseus stands behind their warranty, and I feel that deserves mentioning.I bought the MA10 back in October last year. I was so impressed by the sound quality. I truly expected so much less than was packed into that model. Most notably was the Gesture Setting feature where the tapping behavior can be changed. The MA10S offers noticeably greater bass without sacrificing other audio attributes, and I am loving the sound quality. What I don't like, and why I am giving this "new and improved" model three stars is for the lack of Gesture Setting and the fact that the Spacial Acoustics feature has to be set every time the buds come out of the case.Single tap adjusts volumeDouble tap invokes pauseTriple tap activates assistant (Bixby, Google, etc.)

Punch way above their weight
Works great. Especially on a plane. Noise cancellation eliminates background noise and let's you listen to you content. A simple touch gets you noise cancelling off or transparent mode so you can hold a conversation at normal volumes. They sound great with music or ebooks. These punch way above their weight for the price

I guess they're okay, very "meh"....
* Believe it or not, I don't think they're worth $50.* I hate the touch controls on the headphones. The pro is the controls are customizable via the app. The con is that there's no feedback as to whether you've actually pressed the button - meaning the button doesn't even depress a little to let you know you've pressed it. I can't tell you how often I thought I've pressed the button three times but it only registered as two presses. By the way, Jabra headphones have buttons on the earbuds that actually depress a little so you know a press has been registered.* Sound quality - I admit this is subjective. When I'm going for a run and am distracted by the misery of cardio, I don't notice that no matter how much I try to EQ these things, I can't get them to sound quite the way I like. However, sitting around on the couch or otherwise not distracted by misery? Bleh. I feel the mids are a little too forward and in general they sound cheap (best way to describe them). I prefer the "Jabra" sound quality more, even their cheapest Elite 4s sound better (and are about the same price at these Baseus, although don't have noise canceling). Jabra's tend to have a richer sound that's more refined; oh and both have a decent amount of bass but my god, did I mention that the Baseus sound cheap because of their inability to produce nice mids and highs? They sound cheap.* The nose canceling and pass through settings are fine. I don't need complete noise blocking though so I'm not picky about how many decibels it can cancel out.Three stars. One star because of the noise canceling feature. One star because I like that the case has a battery percentage indicator. One star because the bass is decent.

Good if they don’t break.
These things seemed to work fine. Then the right one stopped working. Baesus refunded my money but it took about a week and 3-4 emails of correspondence and two phone calls. It was aggravating.

Great for tv
I've tried quite a few earbuds that support tv listening and these are the best so far, took me a bit to figure out the app but it really wasn't that hard, the ANC works great, I have two fans in my room and with the ANC on I can't hear them at all. Overall perfect sound and feel in the ears, I have to use the large cushions so they fit properly and don't tend to fall out.

Left ear bud noticeably lower than right ear bud.
Overall it's a good pair of headphones. When I first got them. They were loud and sounded great playing music and when I listened to podcasts or audiobooks. Then about a week or so after I got them, i got home from work I popped them on and the left ear bud was lower in volume. I disconnected them. Unpaired them. Used a little brush I had to clean the basically brand new ear buds but nothing worked. I even made sure it was fully charged via the baseus app. I tried several devices and its the same. I like Baseus. Good products. Idk what happened with the pair I got.
