I finally have curls!!
I am RUNNING back here to review this because I *finally* have curls in my hair and they didn’t fall out after 10 minutes!I’d been hesitant to try this one because I had already tried a different brand a few years ago, that was way less comfy and just didn’t really work. But for 10 bucks, I thought I might as well see if this one was different. For reference, my hair is fine, almost totally straight, LONG, and there’s a LOT of it. Way more expensive stylers (looking at you, airwrap) have been unable to curl my hair for longer than an hour tops, so I was at my wit’s end.I was so pleasantly surprised at how easy this one was to use and how comfy it is. The material is velvety, so it’s grippy to my hair, and the part you wrap your hair around is not overly big in diameter - it’s very squishy and flexible (which is one of the things I love about it). I was able to sleep with it in with only a little bit of a “weird” feeling on my head, but it didn’t keep me up later or prevent me from laying how I usually do. Totally doable! Especially since I now know that the resulting curls will stay! The process I used for my hair (about a day from the previous wash) was this:1. dry shampoo the roots (my hair gets oily fast and I wanted some texture).2. I then spritzed my hair (mids and ends) so it was damp but not at all soaked and at the same time I added a thermal memory spray, also onto the mids and ends.3. I split my hair into two sections, L and R, clipped the hair wrap thing at the middle of my head, and began to wrap the hair, adding a new section of hair every time I wrapped around (I tried both ways, alternating directions per hair section and going the same direction with every new piece of hair I picked up. I liked the results from both methods, but ended up redoing one side so it all went one direction to match the look of the other side). Depending on how fast your hair dries, you might have to re-spray some water on the last side you work on to ensure it’s still a little damp.4. Once it was wrapped, I sprayed with a little more of the thermal memory spray and then I used a blow dryer for about five minutes or so. Then I sprayed lightly with a normal hairspray. A couple hours later, before I went to sleep, I hit it with the blow dryer for another few minutes, let it cool, and put the sleep cap on.5. In the morning (about 12 hours of time in the wrap - I probably could have achieved it with less time, but wanted to be sure to do everything I could to make the curls last as long as possible), I took the hair down and brushed it out. It’s so pretty, and really easy compared to curling every piece of hair with a curling iron or styler tool. It’s seriously the best result I’ve gotten from anything. I did have a little bit of relaxing in the curls, but they were still fully there hours later. I like the clip it comes with, because it feels sturdy without yanking my hair. I didn’t realize when I bought it but also came with a spray bottle for water, a bag for storage, and an additional pair of ponytail holders (aside from the scrunchies that it also came with).Completely recommend this. I have never been able to hold curl in my hair for any amount of time except for when I used foam rollers for dance recitals as a kid. 😅 This is a game changer!

Easy and Effective No-Heat Hair Curlers
I'm impressed with these no-heat hair curlers, which are simple to use and deliver great results. They're perfect for adding volume and bounce to your hair. The kit includes everything you need, including a clip to secure the hair ribbon cushion as you wrap your hair around it.I appreciate the two different types of hair ties included in the kit. The smaller ones are great for keeping thinner hairs at the ends in place, while the larger ones provide extra security on top of the smaller ties. The silk bonnet is especially nice in keeping everything nice and secure as one’s head moves around on the pillow. The spray bottle is also a thoughtful touch, allowing you to dampen your hair just enough for styling. I like the storage bag, which keeps everything organized and easy to find. One thing to note is that styling the back of your hair can be a bit trickier, especially if you part your hair down the middle. Some teasing and adjusting may be needed to get the desired look.Pros:- Easy to use and effective- Adds volume and bounce to hair- Includes everything you need- Convenient storage bagCons:- Back of hair may require extra styling effortOverall, these no-heat hair curlers are a great way to style your hair quickly and easily, saving you time in the mornings.

It works!
I've tried other heatless curlers, mainly the ones that are silky. The silky ones always slip out of my hair and end up a mess by the morning. This one is a soft material (like a bathrobe belt). It stays on all night, and most importantly it works! I have very fine, straight, nearly waist length hair that doesn't hold a curl at all. This heatless curler actually gives nice, pretty, semi-loose curls (depending on how I wrap it). I do damp hair, alternating front and back pieces. Due to the length of my hair, I do have to hit it with the hairdryer for a bit to get the hair all the way dry (otherwise the hair is still wet even when left in overnight). I like the bag it came with, and the bonnet is decent.

Great value
Amazing value for the price and best overnight curls I've been able to get yet. My only complaint is the thickness, while it helps with bigger curls, makes it difficult to sleep. And I'm a side sleeper so I'll need to figure out how to wear this AND get some sleep - so far haven't been able to do both.

The clip is the best par
I use the claw clip everyday. 5 stars for the claw. I use the hair ties periodically. The scrunchie is good for bed and the smaller hair tie is nice and tight, but doesn't break my hair. 4 stars for the hair ties.I tried the bonnet, doesn't stay on overnight. It slides off quite easily. 1 star. The tube to wrap hair, it's extremely uncomfortable to sleep in. I tried it twice. Once with dry hair, and the curls did not take hold. Once with wet hair and my hair stayed wet all night. Not worth the discomfort. 1 star for the tube.
