Q: When it is on the toe- what is the measurement (length) from the toe nail area towards the foot?

It is adjustable and very pliable...it has eased my hammertoe so much....highly recommended and a great price, too. (A local Podiatrist wanted $ 7.50....for ONE !)

Q: I have small toes, do you have an option to purchase all small ones?

I have small toes--I'm 5'0" tall. The separators that I bought fit nicely.

Q: Does this design toe separator stay in place?

I use the large one as well as a small one. They do pretty well staying in place if you have socks on. Not knowing if you are a lady or man, it also would work if you wear nylons. I don't usually but have occasionally. They will do OK without socks, just in the shoe, but better with socks. I have used them for years and like them. Give them a try an see.
