Heavy metal detox smoothie by MM
Seems to be handy for metal detox smoothie by MM. All in one place, just add cilantro and banana. Tastes fine, good value for money, I appreciate that product is sourced in europe.

Cleansing
The media could not be loaded. This is an interesting mix of superfoods priced at £19.90 for 170g. It claims to detox and boost your metabolism and energy.I have been using daily for about a week now in my smoothies. The mixture is a green powder, it doesn't have any noticeable odours to me.I was worried that adding this might alter the taste too much and have that healthy green juice taste but I found it to be quite pleasant. I mixed with orange juice and I think this helps lift the taste and hide the powdery green taste, it mixes well in my blender and wasn't too chalky.I have noticed the detox effects, I have visited the bathroom a few times in the mornings with bowels after drinking but not loose. I have to say my system feels pretty cleaned out.As to the claims of energy boosting I would say I haven't noticed this, in fact I would say I feel more exhausted this week. It has been busy at work and home but this is my normal pace and I feel drained. I can't say for sure it is the detox but that's the only thing I have changed this last week, maybe it just doesn't agree with my system.

Decent credentials and works well.
Firstly, let's address the potential elephant in the room regarding the vegan claims of this product and the fact that the packaging states that it may contain traces of fish, shellfish, crustaceans.I have spent many years working in the food industry and there is no legal definition of the term ‘vegan’ in UK or EU law, however General Food Law requires food to be safe and for its labelling or other presentation to not mislead consumers. The 2018 European Vegetarian Union (EVU) guidance, supported by FoodDrinkEurope, states that ‘the (potential) presence of inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances should not be an obstacle to labelling a product as vegan or vegetarian’, ‘as long as reasonable measures are taken to prevent contamination’. The Vegan Society's Vegan Trademark can also be applied to foods carrying a ‘may contain’ statement providing that there is robust evidence to show the risk of cross contamination has been effectively managed. It comes as no surprise to me that a product containing seaweed may well contain trace elements such as those listed on the packaging and the manufacturer is acting responsibly in highlighting this for the benefit of those who may be at risk of potential allergic reaction. So, that point aside, how does this Detox and Energy powder stack up? Well, this is the second product have tried from this producer and my thoughts on this this one are broadly similar to my previous experience.* The packaging is good. It is robust enough to do its job. It is resealable, so that the product can remain as fresh as possible and it is biodegradable.* The powder is dark green in colour and doesn't have a particularly striking aroma.* The product mixes well into my existing smoothies, which I do using a hand blender.* The flavour isn't awful, but nor is it likely to have you licking your lips in eager anticipation! I think it is best described as having a non-specific flavour reminiscent of leafy green vegetables. The flavour is a touch stronger than a number of similar powders I have tried, which may well be due to the seaweed (dulse) content.* Ultimately, the key consideration is whether it works. Well, I have been quite pleased with the way it has performed. One of my concerns when using detox supplements such as this is that they can cause your bowel movements to be excessively loose. Thankfully that has not been the case with this product.* Based on current pricing (£19.90 for a 15 day supply) this works out at £1.33 per day. That isn't cheap, but it should also be borne in mind that you are not intended to use this on an ongoing basis, but rather as a "rebooting" of your system over a couple of weeks.Overall, I think there is a lot to like about this product, though each individual will need to make their own mind up regarding the value for money that it delivers.I hope you find these insights helpful.

Great mix
There is 170g of green powder mix in biodegradable packaging with a zip lock.Any green mixes and blends I always try to mix with water only first just to get an idea of the taste without mixing it with anything more palatable. It tastes nice and mild and prominent is spirulina, which is also listed as a first ingredient.Other ingredients are barley grass juice, maca root powder, pulse seaweed, chaga mushroom powder, ashwagandha extract. All organic. On the packaging they recommend blending 1 banana and handful of berries with one tablespoon of mix plus orange juice or water. It can be used as a 15 day detox.I am currently taking this in the morning on its own, mixing it in a shaker with water but it can get frothy; it's also easily dissolved just with a few stirs.I am happy with the product and would recommend it.I think it's tiny bit on the pricier side for the amount of product but then again, all the ingredients are bio/organic.
