Delivered as a package of little sticks. Put in solo cups of water. 2 weeks later they are taking over the window sill. I am impressed.

I bought 50 of these as completely bare sticks. They are being planted as an inexpensive wind and privacy screen. I followed the directions and put them in plain water for 2 weeks. The roots came out within a couple of days and in a week were 4" long. By week 2 in just water leaves started sprouting. The photo is one in the ground at 3 weeks. Super easy to plant, I water them a lot. Impressive growth rate!

Waiting for the trees to grow

The company was very nice and replaced them. But an agriculturist told me these were too small to survive an actual planting in most cases. So I appreciate they sent me replacements but I also spent a lot of money and didn’t get the trees I needed. My farm has a huge growth rate of anything I plant so this was very disappointing. The customer service was very good though.

Be prepared to order twice as many trees as you'll want to plant. Some of the cuttings were decent 1/2" thick cuttings, packaged well. However, as you can see in the pics, about half are less than an 1/8" thick and none of the smaller ones rooted. I did get one or two of the small ones to bud but once planted they are not going well.Be prepared to return half of them for replacements!

Having read some other reviews, I expected between 50% - 75% success rate, and ordered accordingly. I did not expect to receive one and a half the amount I ordered, 78 in total, nor did I expect ALL of them to still be alive and successful. I am very happy with the quality of the plants and am currently rushing to free up more room for the extra plants.

The photos should say everything!This is my third round as I am building a privacy wall. I planted 35 so far and they are doing great! This round is rooting and ready for planting. Easiest plant ever!

I actually use these as supplemental feed for our rabbits and goats.They’ve been our go-to for years and they LOVE them (Cows too!)They truly can’t be drown, which is spectacular for our costal are and they make N incredible food source.
