Great battery mower
I love the flat dashboard feature; has a better feel pushing forward as opposed to downwards like most mower handles. Cuts great! I use the sensing feature and it works great!

Expect more, buy something else
I need a new mower. I am impressed with the Husqvarna chain saw, so my expectations were high for their mower. It crashed and burned. My issues were/are:1. Shipping box was destroyed beyond re-use when it arrived. It's a very heavy product, and when designing the packaging, that should have been considered. Product seemed to come through OK except for tabs on each handle frame that were bent so bad as to render the handle un-fold-able. I was able to bend the tabs back to use the mower.2. The mower is too heavy to use for lawns where you have a lot of stops, turns, re-directions, etc. And, because of its weight and it seems that the drive mechanism is always engaged, it’s even harder to back up. Even for mow-lines that are slightly curved, the mower is not easily maneuverable to match. In my opinion, this mower is only good for long straight lines only. I don’t know too many lawns with that only characteristic.3. The placement of the wheels in the mower deck cause the rear wheels to lose traction too easily. It only takes 1 wheel to lose traction and the mower stops.4. The mower deck is built such that edging can only be done on the sides. You cannot push the mower up to an object and expect the grass to be mowed close to it. Instead you must mow around objects (trees, bushes, walks, house, statuary, etc.) only to the side. That takes a lot of maneuvering and back’n’forth, thus the weight (previous item) becomes an issue.5. The mower deck is built such that for lawns with a lot of small level changes (small ditches, rises, etc.) it doesn’t go over them very well and mow well. Thus, you have to position properly, and re-mow—think previous point about weight and back’n’forth issues.6. The speed control is too easily changed and improperly placed. It’s in a perfect position that low-hanging branches, or any bump from my hands, arms, or torso and the speed changes. This happened many times in my one, and only 1 hour mowing. Without any warning, I found the speed to either want to run away from me or not run at all because the speed was accidentally changed.7. The battery doesn’t last hardly an hour. Problem is that because the mower is so heavy and so hard to manipulate, it takes longer to mow an area, and you're more worn out doing it. I have a lawn that takes me just less than an hour to mow with the same size gas-power mower. Because of it’s weight and non-maneuverability, this mower could only complete ½ the lawn in just under 1 hour when the batteries died. Since the batteries take hours to recharge, I’m mowing half one-day and the rest another day.8. The height adjustment is quite easy. I notice that it’s a key marketing item, however think about it, how often do you really change the height once you have it set for your lawn? Unfortunately, the height adjustment design incorporates issues that I’ve noted about the mower deck. The “easy” height adjustment needs to be scrapped because it creates a lot more problems than it remedies.I'm returning it--hope shipper accepts it on a pallet because I don't have the box anymore.

Needs Slight improvement
When you place the side grass attachment, it doesn't stay on for long because it doesn't hook on firmly.I don't allow the grass on outside my residential home to grow tall. Therefore I had to place the lawn mower on the lowest setting (1). I think this lawnmower is for residents that have lots of tall grassy area's. It works great, except for the side grass attachment falling frequently off. I finally stopped using it. Manufacturers engineers need to work on that problem.

Nice but…
The battery life could be longer if the lights had an on/off switch. The unit is relatively heavy and requires significant extra effort to push since it appears to have the drive motor constantly engaged whether it’s being used or not. This makes somewhat difficult to use, especially when compared to the earlier model which is lite and nimble which rarely requires use of the motor assist. Otherwise, it seems to be sturdy and the adjustable handle bar is a nice feature.Update: 09.22.2024- one of the batteries quit working, I’m not sure if it’s the charger that came with it that damaged it.

Broken after two uses
Have used this product a whopping two times. Will not mow anymore. Stuck in a "Lock" position and not activate the blades.....Really disappointing that I spent $800 for nothing.

Stopped working one year later
I did not purchase this mower from Amazon, however, I feel like a review needs to be written to warn other's. I purchased this mower last August (2023). Initial thoughts were that it was great. I'm not a fan of where the speed control for the self propelled function is located as it's too easy to be hit by a branch or by your stomach if you make contact with the handle. Aside from that the mower has been great and has operated as it should every time I've used it....until yesterday. One year from the date of purchase, the transmission has failed. Husqvarna customer service has informed me that it is still under warranty and advised that I take it to a local certified repair center to have it serviced. The replacement part for the transmission on Husqvarna's website it $1k. Husqvarna's chat function on their site leaves much to be desired. While going back and forth for close to an hour, I was provided with information that I came up with on my own, so it was a complete waste of time. If the service center repairs the mower, doesn't charge me and I have no further problems, I'll be satisfied and change my review. I hope this is case.
