Surprisingly effective and good. I sleep better and my eye stopped twitching! Had a twitching eye for ages and was advised to try magnesium, bought this product and it helped.

This magnesium supplement is well presented and easy to take as part of a daily routine. The capsules are a reasonable size and don’t have any unpleasant aftertaste. The formula is clearly explained on the packaging, and the large bottle offers good value. Overall, it feels like a well-made, reliable product and I’d be happy to repurchase.

I've seen the brand VitaBright before, it's not an unknown brand. Overall, the vitamin complex in these capsules are good. I can't say they help as a sleeping aid, however I think they are effective. I feel more relaxed, and less tense. I also have found I have less chest pain, which was usually down to stress and tension. Obviously they're not magic. I find them easy to take. The bottle also lasts a while. I would consider buying again, especially if I was looking at magnesium tablets.

Been taking these for a while now. Good value for money and very easy to swallow. Some are so huge they stick in my throat but these are capsules that slide down easily. A nice combination of the minerals I was needing.

This is a great product. I take it to help with digestion and sleep and it works really well.

Product is ok. Be aware that you are getting a blend of magnesium for the price. The nutritional information does not disclose how much of each form is included, which is a real shame and likely suggests the cheaper variants are more commonly found in the blend.

I always have this brand as I find this works well for me particularly for cramp. Well priced and delivered fast . I would highly recommend this product and also the seller.
