I never take the time to write a review good or bad. But being the physical therapy field, I think it my duty to give feedback on an item that can help others. I've only used for a couple of weeks now. I've been using it right before bed. The muscle pain and tightness are gone and I'm sleeping like a champ! I debated on this purchase for a while primarily because of the price. My only regret is not getting one last year when I saved it in my items for later. You truly can't put a price on your health especially on the front end cost.

I have used a jade infrared heating pad that really helped my back pain. I gave that one to my mother and upgraded to this Back Rescue Amethyst Far Infrared Heating Pad because my friend, a Chiropractor, said the Amethyst gives off a different frequency of light energy that reduces stress and allows for better sleep and will also relieve my back pain. Well this thing really did the trick, it definitely reduced my stress and I am sleeping all night which I was not doing before. I have used ordinary heating pads over the years but these natural stone heating pads are completely different. The product itself is luxurious feeling and very well made. The outer is red suede and you can see through a small plastic window the mat is packed with purple amethyst stones. I highly recommend it.

Bought this on a friend's recommendation. Received it and it STINKS!!! Smells like vomit and mothballs combined! It was so bad I had to put it in the garage after opening in the house for just 5 minutes. This morning the whole garage is so polluted with the smell and it makes you gag if you even go into the garage!!! I cannot even try the effectiveness, as I wouldn't put my body on this awful product due to the smell!!!!

The photos of the product looked really nice so I ordered this infrared heating pad for my back problem.I must say the product is very well made. I used it and the heat was very strong and I did get relief for the pain in my back. It seems to work much better than other heating pads I have used before. Highly recommend the product.

I love this unit, however it does take a bit to get warm, but once it is warm it really works. I also struggled with the controller a bit, but figured it out. The only drawback is that the cord should be a bit longer, which would really help. But other than that, love the product. Fall asleep on it all the time and am getting great relief and anti-inflammatory assistance with healing torn rotator cuff, healing back and healing hip joint. Praise God!

I was having lots of spine pain from a past surgery. This has helped my pain disappear. Love it. Glad I purchased.

I was hesitant to purchase due to the price. However, It is the best purchase I have ever made! It has helped me through each and every day since it arrived. It has a permanent home on my couch and it calls to me multiple times a day ( along with ice packs for two knee replacements)! Do not be afraid to try this product!
