a good product

This product has been very beneficial to my family

The flavor is similar to other instant commercial drink powders, catering to the modern tongue and I am fond of unflavored or earthy flavored foods/drinks... tasting like what they are and not 'koolaid'. I'm an active golden oldie and like real things as they are. That simply means I can't go on about their flavor. I followed the directions w my first packet and chose to use 2-3 oz of water then bolted it down and had to chase it with a bottle of water! It has to be consumed rapidly so I don't recommend 2-3c water (I use a good 3 as I can consume a good bit of water at a time) but Advise you to add a good amt more. I didn't give a 5 star as I am new to the product and cannot yet vouch for noticeable positive effects.

This powder taste good and gives you great energy. Also, the product is great for blood pressure AND the little man down stairs.

Too sweet

Provides both NO support and electrolytes. Perfect for pre-exercise routines. Powder can be difficult to dissolve fully. Sodium taste strong at recommended water amount.

This is a strong product and is being advertised to the masses. Blood pressure dropped from 130, 120, 110, 100, down to 96. This is insane the way it is advertised. What do you do if it drops too low. Call an ambulance???
