Really love, one small complaint
I loveee the size for all the longhand note taking I do. It looks and feels really nice. My only gripe is that I love to use my table of contents page to track my entries, yet this journal doesn’t have numbered pages. I added them myself so it’s not a big deal but it would be great if they added that. I also love the color and specifically bought it for the thick gsm. I will purchase more!

Notebook
Thus is one of the best notebooks I have had! Very easy to write in as it lays nicely when open. You won’t be disappointed!

Worthy Books
The media could not be loaded. Wonderful books! I'm so glad I took the chance on them! The faux leather felt nice and adhered properly to the binding and cover pages. The lined pages are on the thinner side, but are smooth, sturdy and large. In my video, I did do a small pen test. Permanent markers and perhaps markers in general will get shadowing or bleed through. Normal pens seem to do okay. There is a pocket in the back and a ribbon to mark your place. There is also a strap to keep the book closed, which I adore. All in all, I'm very pleased and am inclined to by more in the future.

Beautiful!
The media could not be loaded. Absolutely love this journal. Love how big it is with the simple, pretty style. And there’s a pocket in the back! So excited to write in it more.

Good Size, Good Paper
I have been doing more journaling recently and I have been looking at various journals and notebooks for that purpose. I found this one and decided to give it a try. So far, I am pleased with it.This is a bigger journal than I realized. I have been working with A5 sized notebooks and journals which are convenient for me, but this one is an A4 size and is definitely larger. That's an oversight on my part, though it was a pleasant surprise when it arrived. I definitely will take advantage of the extra space on the pages. This is a generous journal in that it has more than the standard 80-100 sheets. It is important to note that when discussing page count, most page counts are listed as single sided pages, not individual sheets of paper. So, 320 pages means 160 individual sheets. The main pages are college ruled so writing in straight lines is a lot simpler than blank pages. That's neither positive nor negative. For text and handwriting, this is a very good thing. For free-form drawing, this is less than ideal. It will work for both, of course, but this journal is better suited for writing, not drawing. One thing I look for in journals is good paper. I write with fountain pens, and cheaper paper means bleeding through and also running ink when the pages absorb moisture. This journal stands up well to my fountain pens, even with heavier coverage, though I can get them to bleed through when I purposely try to make it happen (true of any paper, really). For normal writing, the paper in this journal is just fine. This journal comes with sticky tabs for marking pages which so far I have not needed but I can see their value. It is nice to have the ability to mark pages that need to be found quickly; I have done this with other journals in the past. It also comes with a ribbon marker and an elastic closure, both of which are nice features to have and aren't always included with journals.I like this journal and will fill it up over time. It's generously sized, it has some nice features, and it is college ruled which makes it ideal for writing. And, it holds up well to wet inks. Overall, I am very pleased with this journal and based on my working with it I can recommend it without reservation if you need a larger journal or notebook.

I love the large size - hard to find in quality journals!
I know most people prefer A5 because it fits in a purse but I was so pleased to have the A4. I need to be able to lay all my thoughts and ideas out and compare or organize without having to flip back and forth across pages. The Dynta lined notebook allows me to do just that. You’ll get a thick book, with plenty of pages, for much less than other brands. My pen of choice is the Pilot Precise v5 RT and while I can occasionally see some ghosting on the other side of the page, there is no bleed-through. I don’t care for the ribbon to use as a page marker so I cut mine off. The elastic closure has a tendency to indent the covering (typical of any journal of this style) and over time has stretched a bit so that it doesn’t always close tightly. This is not of a concern for me but if you have not experienced this with similar journals and want a securely closed journal, you may wish to search for another style.Overall, I am super happy with this notebook and will be a repeat customer of Dynta products.

Journal
This is a 8x10 sized journal with a soft leather cover. The journal itself is not rigid, it’s bendable. The paper is thick and I haven’t noticed bleed thru. The cover/back is soft and feels well made, although it’s thin and does not offer support for writing. However, for my use, this doesn’t concern me. The color is as shown in the seller’s description. Overall, I like this journal and will possibly buy another when this one is completed.
